So my 34 yr old daughter wanted an Ice cream cake for her birthday. So I did some research and found out that the best ice cream cakes were at Dairy Cream. They didn't disappoint my daughter loved the cake and said it was the best cake she had ever had. So I had to try it and boy oh boy it was simply delicious. Wait time wasn't too long but they forgot so many things in our order. We got 3 meals one being a kids meal. We asked for a ranch and honey mustard which was a little over 2 dollar up charge (crazy). They initially forgot to put it in our bags, and forgot one of the drinks. We noticed and got those, but forgot to give us the ice cream for the kids meal as well and noticed that too late. No ketchup in the bag, no utensil for chili cheese fries, and no napkins. Typically I ignore those little things but after missing such big items in a relatively small order (around 6 pm and no one else in the drive through) I may as well bring it all up. Only came here a couple times before first time was fine, but this lack of service for that type of order is crazy. Manager either isn't doing their job or everyone needs to be re trained. The team members I interacted with were nice, no problem there. But there's a lack of awareness within the restaurant. read more

This place has lack of respect for its customers specifically the manager at night. He insulted his customers and still had the audacity to make more comments. OMG!!!! These tacos were so good and had A LOT of meat, cheese, and tomatoes.......only problem with the food was that the guy mistakenly put the tomatoes on top of the meat ......but it was still so good!!!! MUCH BETTER than the DQ on McCombs!!!! They do need to work on cleaning their tables though.....I was the only customer in the store (drive thru was not busy) and there were several dirty tables....I arrived at 12:30 pm there was no lunch rush. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this location. My last time there was awesome so 5 stars on that!!! I'm not sure if his name was Damon but that's what the receipt says so I'm going with that. That cashier was incredibly sweet. He was a younger kid that was very quick to take my card and when handing it back and had a second made sure to ask about my day/kind small talk. All I ordered was a peanut butter pie snickers blizzard WITH Oreos that I recommend to everyone and anyone. This is a life changing experience. I enjoy snickers normally but they aren't my go to. Something about them in ice cream mixed with the Oreos has a nice hard but soft crunch, then the vanilla peanut butter ice cream.... it's taking everything in me to not go again today. My last review wouldn't have been so kind. I ordered nachos as I've been on a weird nacho kick lately. $7-8 is a bit excessive but whatever, I ordered anyways. I get home and wanted to cry, it's draped in jalapeños. I didn't see it on the picture so I didn't ask for it. Please don't say nachos are standard with them, as they are not. Typically it'll include spice or something to indicate a "kick" ... I am HIGHLY allergic to them and my entire layer was soaked with them, mixed into the layer underneath. I started wheezing and my eyes watered and I looked for gloves to remove them to eat the under layer. Soaked. It was all soaked with the juice. I don't know what that crap cheese was on the bottom as cheese was on top of it??? I tried a segregated chip and it was disgusting and stale. Nasty cheese. It was a lost cause. Was so dissatisfied today at this Diary Queen, went in to have my dinner and the whole restaurant was one huge DAY CARE. All the children from harmony school were there.They occupied every table and seats,they were not buying anything ,they had their own snacks CHIPS AND CAN and bottle SODAS,they did not purchase anything!! Back Packs all over the floor.chasing each other fooling around and Just waiting for their parents to pick them up. Must have been approx 30 kids . There was absolutely no where to sit so I left without purchasing anything . I'm sure others did the same. There should be a rule that they must be with parent and must purchase something or leave. There were many other children sitting on the curb in parking lot all accidents waiting to happen. I do not know how mangement tolerates the behavior, especially if they lose customers. read more

Closed at weird times, they closed 6 hours early four days before christmas and only left a note on the door to walk in, nothing on the drive thru. Don't have any clue on how to mix the chocolate fudge/sauce/whatever into their ice cream to create chocolate ice cream. Only the manager is nice, all the teenagers that work there have a stick up their you know what. Also need to be educated on what the word "extra" means, especially when they charge you for it and then proceed to give you less than what's normally even in the blizzard. read more

All of our food was lukewarm. Chicken strips were not even hot. They be wearing that stupid shirt that says "our chicken strips are Blizzard good", more like Blizzard cold. The burger wasn't fresh either, the gravy cold and so were the fries. Needless to say this is the last time we visit this location. Put a little bit of pride in your work. I Came in on 03/14/15. Restaurants was busy but they had my food out within a few minutes. My son ordered the tacos. I was skeptical. They were surprisingly very tasty. Ground beef was hot and fresh with that generic "taco seasoning" that we Americans have come to know and love. Lettuce was crisp and cold, tomatoes fresh and juicy. The employees are always on thier cell phones, they "run out of ice cream" all the time even tho that's bs. The sodas are always watered down. And mentioning no tomatoes doesn't do anything. I have loved Dairy Queen ice cream since I was a kid so I like to go there for an ice cream dessert every so often. The customer service here is sub par to say the least and the wait time is usually long, regardless if there are two cars in the parking lot or ten. The serving size is very small too. Needless to say, I don't go here very often. Especially after last time...The transaction I had was strange. After waiting in line for over ten minutes (two cars ahead of me), I got to the front drive thru window. The employee handling drive thru had chocolate all over their hands (seriously like hands dipped in chocolate) which transferred onto my card and the outside of my plastic ice cream container. It was super gross! This same employee also charged me for a wrong item and then tried to pawn that item off on me when I pointed out I had not ordered that, saying it was "only a few cents difference" and I would have to deal with a return and do my order over again. What?! It was actually several dollars difference but I honestly just want what I ordered so I stood my ground. I watched the employee make my ice cream and then leave out of sight into the back for almost a full minute WITH MY ICE CREAM IN HAND and no lid. When it was finally handed off to me, it still didn't have a lid. I wanted to ask for napkins but at that point I was just ready to jet out of there. I don't know what the heck was going on but I am kind of over dealing with dumb stuff at this location considering the price of the desserts. read more

Dairy queen now serves salads without salad dressing. If you want dressing it is a separate purchase. This is like tacos without the taco sauce or an ice cream cone without the cone. Not only that, the wilted lettuce is hidden at the bottom of the salad so that you don't see it until you dig into the salad. Will not be eating at dairy queen. read more

Honestly they should probably fire everyone that works here and start over. Horrendous customer service a good 95% of the time. Drive thru takes an average of 20-30 with only one or two people in the drive thru. Staff always seems to be messing around instead of working. Have shown up a full hour before closing only to be completely ignored. Had to drive up to the window only to have certain staff members huffing and puffing the whole time about what a inconvenience doing their job was. Kept looking in my direction and whispering to each other. Unprofessional to say the least. read more
