First time trying this place out. Apparently this place has been a Mississauga landmark since 1958 and I never knew it existed even though I lived in Mississauga many eons ago! There is always a line no matter what time you go. I was debating whether I should get the funnel cake but decided to save it for next time and opted for a pistachio nut ice cream instead. The soft serve was also really good, especially with their dip sauce. The line wasn't bad as it was moving constantly. I would said about 12 - 14 minutes wait. Once you reach to the front of the line, the staff waves for you to enter inside. There was about 4 to 5 attendants serving everyone at once and it can be quite hectic inside. Service was polite but could be friendlier. THere is parking lot by the ice cream shop that you enter on the right and there is tons more parking as you make a turn to the left. It is also a one direction parking lot. There were about 5 tables scattered all around the area, with two tables in the front, two tables by the shop and two more tables at the back, in the parking lot area. No washroom on site. They finally accepted credit card now as it used to be cash only. read more

This is another place my sister and I used to visit as kids that we decided to revisit. While my brother-in-law and I were waiting in line, he asked what I recommended and I told him if I remember correctly, anything with their soft serve is awesome so just make sure you get soft serve. It's a small shop that fits only 2 people at a time. And of course due to covid, they had a line outside where everyone was social distancing with their mask on. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend their vanilla soft serve; the flavour definitely pales in comparison to other vanilla soft serves. For that reason, I'm glad I got it mixed with the chocolate! My mother and sister both got the small vanilla soft serve dipped in chocolate. I had a bite of it and it was so good! The chocolate dip really accentuated the flavour and was something special to have on an otherwise normal soft serve cone. My dad got the single scoop cappuccino flavour in a waffle cone. Despite being just a single scoop, I was surprised at its generous size! It was quite large. I did find the ice cream slightly too sweet, but very rich in coffee flavour. The waffle cone cost $1 more but was very delicious. We had a very happy ice cream outing and will definitely return! I can't believe I've never been here. You thought dairy queen or Baskin Robbins got something in this joint? No way! This place is super friendly and so family oriented it'll blow your socks away. Due to covid, they've now got a snake line up outside of their tiny store. They only fit 2 customers at a time and one on the very right side of the store and the other on the very left so they can follow protocols. Each customer will exit their own respective doors so that there's no cross walking. Anyway on to the food!! FUNNEL CAKE ($6.25 plain) is a MUST. I know you guys might think I'm just a food junkie.... But this funnel cake is next level. If we were to compare it to wonderland, it's not even comparable. This one is light and fluffy and full of flavor. (I know it's just the flavor of the fry but it's sugary enough and not oily in flavor). It's not oily to the touch so i can actually use my hands to peel it apart and eat it. Definitely must get! That blue ice cream cone is the blue raspberry dipped cone. They are most famous for it and they have many different flavors like peanut, chocolate, blueberry, blue raspberry, etc. I absolutely LOVE blue raspberry Gatorade and candies so I was so excited to get this dipped cone. (~$3) You can get vanilla, chocolate or twist flavored. NOTE that their soft serve is made by dairy cream themselves! What I'm saying here.... Is the line up is worth it! And it doesn't even take that long They close at 9pm so get there way before that. They've got 2 security guards there to make sure everyone follows protocol. 5 stars for the way this place is managed during Covid-19, assuring proper line and sanitizing. The line was huge on Saturday evening but with proper social distancing. At the entrance one of the person will give santizer to sanitize our hands. And also check if any funnel cake order so it's given in advance reducing the wait time. We already assumed what we were in for ordering frozen yogurt for delivery from a place that easily a 20 minute drive away. And we were okay taking that chance. As others have mentioned this is a regular haunt for those who live in Sauga - and even for those who live further away will make the trip down to Lakeshore for their huge selection of ice cream and/or funnel cake!
