It's beautifully decorated, the seating is comfortable and the staff is very helpful especially when it comes to recommendations! If you can't find seating there is more seating toward the bathrooms and it's nice because they are booths! It's my understanding they make some of their syrups which I love because you know they are fresh, and to me that means they take pride in the quality of their drinks.
