I was assigned to his services via Accuserve an agency that my insurer Safeco partners with to connect homeowners with vetted and screened, quality, independent roofers and contractors. Steve arrive at my home for the appointment a little early, he called me and I stated I was 5 minutes from my house. When I arrived home he was already on my property with his ladder and computer set up. We began discussing what the inspection would entail and he stated that to proceed with the inspection he needed me to sign a contract that I would use him for the repairs. I stated that this was NOT how the field adjustor, Holly Rigsby at Accuserve had explained the program. My understanding was that Accurserve connected me with vetted contractors and an additional warranty was provided through Safeco/Accuserve on the work if I chose to hire the Accuserve affiliated contractor. Holly had said I was free to also get direct estimates from unaffliated contractors and decide who I was most comfortable with for best rate and quality if hail damage was discovered during the inspection. At this point Steve became quite assertive insisting I had to sign the contract for him to commit two hours to doing the inspection. I explained I was not going to do this without having two other objective estimates. I asked him to leave my property, but sat parked on the street in front of my house a while longer which made me uncomfortable. I immediately called Holly Rigsby and spoke with Angelisa who stated that this was NOT the standard practice for Accuserve certified contractors. I was able to schedule an inspection with another contractor through Accuserve for this afternoon. It was a difficult and poor customer service experience. I have no knowledge of the quality of his work but very much disliked his customer service and pressuring me to sign a contract on the spot.

This is the first time I've had a roof done and not been able to find a single nail or tarpaper scrap in the yard the next day! Really can't recommend Michael and Best Roof Roofing enough.

I did a very detailed search of roofers in my area and selected New Roof Plus based on their work done in the Highlands Ranch and Littleton areas. We really wanted to move from an asphalt roof to a metal stone coated using Decra. Decra recommended New Roof Plus and I immediately spoke with Greg to have him come out and do a bid on my property. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and walked me through the roofing material and process they use to install the roof. He gave me about 15 names and addresses in the local area that New Roof Plus had completed that I could reach out to get their references. I called all 15 individuals and physically went to see their roofs. The jobs that they did were just beautiful, all the references highly recommended New Roof Plus and it was clear that we wanted to do business with New Roof Plus and signed that day. Greg provided daily updates about the job as it was started and eventually completed. It took about 4 days from start to finish to remove the roof, install the new roof and get everything approved through the permit process. Greg's team worked incredibly hard and delivered such a beautiful final result. I would highly recommend Decra product as it has a 50-year warranty and your insurance will even give you a discount on your home owner's insurance. My mom has had Decra over 20 years through multiple hail storms and it looks just as good as when it was installed. Greg's team did a great job cleaning up the job site and ensure everything was properly cleaned after the roof was installed. Dawn runs the front office at New Roof Plus and got all my paperwork ready for my insurance company so I could get all the discounts on my roof and did so in the same day as when the roof was completed. Start to finish, I am completely thrilled with the final result. It was a pleasure working with Greg and the team at New Roof Plus. They delivered a great result and did so quickly to help me get the home back in order for my tenant. I would highly recommend New Roof Plus if you need a new roof and I am sure you will be happy with the results. I will be recommending New Roof Plus to all my friends and family! Got roof pricing estimate (lower than all other estimates) from Jacob (director of Business Development) which included numerous items that were NEVER installed by his roof crew (drip-edge, flashing, Rain-cap, Ice & Water Shield). Jacob insisted he would be onsite and supervise the job - but he NEVER showed up! Roofers started job at 430pm and finished at 8pm. They were in a hurry obviously - due to loss of daylight! And it shows in the poor quality job and lack of materials used. I advised Jacob of the shoddy workmanship and items not installed - and his response was "we installed everything! Why would you say we didn't?" He wasn't even there during the job - yet he claims job was done right - BEFORE he even bothered to come look at the roof! What kind of "Business Development" does he think that is? One of the goons (Bolton) told me he was an inspector, when I stated I need the roof inspected so to address my concerns. I asked him, "why didn't you inspect the roof after the job?" Bolton replies, "The crew said they did the job well"! Ha, ha, ha! That is Bolton's idea of an inspection - ask the crew if they did their job! What a joke! Avoid these clowns if you want roof done right! NOT worth the hassle! Poor workmanship! Quoted & try to charge you - for items never installed! Colorado Roofscapes wasted my time, installed an inferior roof that I will worry about for years!
