I could tell from the beginning that we were in good hands when you brought your team out to meet with us and go over every step you would be taking and address our concerns about parking issues, waste removal, protecting the grounds and daily clean up. Then you went above and beyond by personally going door to door with me to talk to our residents about the impact. I heard nothing but positive comments about how quickly the job was completed even though you faced adverse weather conditions. And then your team followed up and went the extra mile by taking care of some roof issues that were not even on the plan. Thank you so much!

Although my insurance agent discouraged me from filing a claim (of course), when I first met Zach Miller (Project Manager), I knew I was in good hands. Zach negotiated with the insurance company to ensure that everything that needed to be replaced was documented and done correctly. Every worker I came in contact with was professional and did an outstanding job. One man, Connor, even cleaned out my gutters before the gutter guards were replace - above and beyond the call of duty. The city inspector said 'Looks nice. Good job' so I was assured it was, indeed, a good job. Excellent company, excellent workmen. I'd give ten stars if possible. Highly recommend this company! MaryJoel

Instead, I decided to go with a local roofing company that has a stake in their reputation with this area - Scotts Roofing in Lafayette. Denny, as the project manager to replace my roof, was extremely professional and and personable. I really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to define the best approach for my needs and wants, as well as for insurance company requirements. It was great that he didn't try to invent a solution on the fly during the first visit, but took the time (wasn't too long) to think about it and discuss it with his manager. He proposed a really excellent solution that allowed my to upgrade the shingles (naturally at a higher cost than pure replacement shingles, so out of my pocket), while also addressing the claim items covered by insurance. Denny got the right teams on board for the upgraded / thicker shingles and for the gutters, and made sure that the work was done on time and right. He has also been great about a couple of very small gutter follow-up items, and I'm confident that these will be completely resolved. I highly recommend both Scotts Roofing and Denny!!
