My insurance company was trying to put up a fight against the hail damage and claim that it was more weathering rather than hail damage but thanks to Ray I was able to get a new roof and gutters for my home. McIntire Roofing exceeded my expectations, breathing new life into my roof and seamlessly handling negotiations with my insurance company, resulting in the replacement of both roof and gutters. Thanks to their efforts, I anticipate saving on home insurance. My home is looking like a 10 out of 10 again. My project manager, Scott, was super experienced and had worked for insurance companies prior to joining Gardner. As a result of his experience, he knew exactly how to communicate differences between his company's estimate and the estimate my insurance company provided - and he worked with my insurance company directly when needed. He also worked with the gutter installer to schedule - and then reschedule when weather didn't cooperate - meeting him on-site to ensure a change I requested was handled correctly. The entire process only took two days (roof on day 1; gutters on day 2) and I wasn't even in town for any of it! Insurance claims are never fun but this one was 100% pain-free, thanks to Scott. He contracted for us and he tried to mislead us in how he wrote the contract. He kept asking for more money because he bid the job incorrectly so we paid him more so he could finish the job but he didn't come back. He even tried scare tactics by threatening to put a lean on our home to get more money, he had his lawyer send the paperwork so when I called his lawyer about it, his lawyer said that he wasn't aware of the several payment we sent him. He is a sneaky thief and we are in the process of taking him to court for fraud! There were more complaints of him on the BBB site you can review about some other businesses he had and did the same. My roof was replaced last October by Bold Brothers Roofing…read more I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and courtesy. The production manager for my project, Devan Gallardo, was incredible. I have never been so impressed with someone who did exactly what they said they were going to do. He also was extremely fast returning my calls and or answering questions for me. Getting a new roof is very stressful (if you are in the house) and it was reassuring to know that the person in charge of my project was that great. I found Bold Brothers Roofing through Home Advisors and that was a pleasant surprise. Home Advisors had several companies contact me and when I met Scott Seibold, one of the owners, I decided that I wanted to hire them. Bold Brothers is a local company and they had excellent reviews. My proposal was precisely in line with my insurance policy paperwork (hail damage) and changes were due to the accrual materials were made and handled with my insurance company directly. That was great! Another plus was that Scott's wife, Sara, works in the office and she helped navigate the insurance paperwork questions that I had as well. She was a very nice person, too. All in all, I would recommend Bold Brothers Roofing 110% for your roof replacement and if you have Devan Gallardo as your production manager, you are in excellent hands.

Here is an update to my last review. I hired All Seasons to replace the roof for my other house in…read moreColorado. My experience with the second house was similar to the first house. Once again, they did an outstanding job! They met with my insurance agent several times on site to present the damage and its relationship to recent storms. They installed a high quality roof (I upgraded to the premium shingle and received a homeowners insurance rebate and annual discount) and completed the job on time as scheduled. I am really glad that my insurance company recommended them. I highly recommend them! Here is the review I submitted for the first house in Colorado (in case you have not read it): I don't write reviews often. However, All Seasons Exteriors did such outstanding work on my roof replacement that I decided to share my experience with others. Here are the key facts: 1. All Seasons was recommended by my insurance company for the replacement of my roof. 2. I requested quotes from 3 companies. Two companies concluded that insurance would not cover the repair. All Seasons Exteriors felt that there was a 70% chance that insurance would cover it and recommended that I submit a claim. 3. All Seasons met with the claims adjuster and climbed up on the roof to show them the damage and helped the insurance company to prepare the claim. Some time lapsed and a different claims adjuster was assigned. All Seasons met with the new adjuster and repeated the process of submitting a claim. The claim was approved by insurance. 4. All Seasons met with me at my home to ensure that the roof color would match the house. They also helped me to select a shingle upgrade that would reduce my future homeowners insurance premiums. 5. The only payment that was required from me was my insurance deductible (plus a shingle upgrade that I decided to purchase). All Seasons waited until I received proceeds from the insurance company before final billing. There was a small difference in the final bill versus the insurance payment, and All Seasons absorbed this cost. 6. The resulting roof looks great and has an outstanding warranty! All Seasons has a great reputation for quality work with my insurance company (State Farm) and online. Evan and Jan were really great to work with. They explained everything along the way. I highly recommend All Seasons for roof replacement.

They committed to painting our house as well as the roof replacement and said it would likely be a couple hundred dollars out of pocket for us for everything. In the end they wanted to charge us the full cost of the house painting, when including the painting was a huge part of his sales pitch and one of the main reasons we went with them. When I went on the roof after the replacement I noticed they did not replace the turtle vents, the same hail dented ones are still there, but they were billing me for the vents. After calling getting those taken off in the same conversation they added charges for roofing around my swamp cooler which was there when they did the assessment, evaluation and estimate, there was zero reason for there to be unknown cost regarding the swamp cooler. And these costs were only added after I called about the vents NOT being replaced. I felt that they had a specific dollar amount they were trying to get. As another person said here, they were out to get the most for doing the least. They were trying to bill for things that were not replaced and I am still mad, like why didn't you just replace the vents and we would have paid for them! Instead of not replacing them and trying to have me pay for work that was not done. Boils down to all the trust being totally broken. Could have had a customer for life. And what is really bad is posting about himself and the company doing things the right way and treating people right and that was NOT my experience at all.

Originally we used them to side, replace gutters, replace windows and put a new roof on our home. My children were very young then and they were extremely careful in picking up any stray nails and parts that could have harmed them by using very strong magnets several times around the perimeter. Thanks to Colorado hail they have since replaced the roof two more times, replaced the gutters once, repaired them twice, replaced 2 broken windows, and replaced a lot of siding due to hail strikes (it's not the siding quality, it's the enormous hail and high winds.)
