What looked like a stuffed crust was really just thick undercooked dough that never fully baked through. It made the pizza feel heavy and gummy instead of crispy or chewy. The pepperoni pizza was honestly ridiculous. It had maybe four giant pepperoni slices on the entire pie, so every other bite was just plain cheese and undercooked dough. For almost $45 a pizza, this was a huge disappointment.
