It's not a chain but a "hole in the wall area" away from the busy part of Beaumont. The staff are wonderful and SO incredibly personable. And the food was phenomenal, It might seem like a good burger would be easy to come by - but it's a lot harder than you think! These burgers were amazing! The flavor, the temp everything about them was mesmerizing and delicious! I'm almost sad because we don't have a place like this where I live! This was my first time and unfortunately not a great visit. I called in an order and arrived 15 minutes later. It was then they realized they hadn't printed out the order and made it. They were closing in another 10 minutes or so and had started cleaning the grill. I waited for them to make my burger and fries and quickly realized the fries were cold when I got them. I think it was just some fries they had leftover. The burger was also not piping hot, considering they told me they hadn't made it yet and needed me to wait for it. Again, I think they had a cooked patty and just needed to assemble the burger. There was no apology or even offer of a complimentary drink while I waited. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the whole experience. It was disappointing not to have a hot meal after waiting so long. read more

Found this place while staying in Beaumont by doing a Yelp search of "best food". This place was number 3. I'm not a HUGE burger fan but my husband is and the pictures had me salivating. It's a small little place with an even smaller parking lot but there was plenty of booth and table seating. My husband decided on the avocado Swiss burger on a jalapeño bun. It did get a bit soggy on the bottom but I think that's because they didn't scrimp on the avocado at all which was great. The burger was huge, cooked perfectly and juicy. He ate every single bite. I had the regular cheeseburger with Swiss cheese and a side of cheese fries. Burger was amazing and my only complaint about the fries was that there wasn't enough cheese. I loved the seasoned fries though and could have eaten them without the cheese. They do offer beer, bottled and regular drinks, and shakes that I can't wait to try the next time I'm in Beaumont. This place really rocks! Small place with a great menu and burgers are what they know best. We both got a green chili burger with fries and the burger was exceptionally good. Very tasty, full of flavor and they don't skimp on the meat. The bun is grilled which really adds flavor to bread. Before we left I had to tell them this was the best tasting burger I've had in 10 years. Next time we roll through Beaumont we will have to plan our drive through when it's lunch or dinner time and go back to Daddio's!! read more

While we were in town we decided to stop and try out Daddio's for burgers! They were rated high on Yelp, so we wanted to try them out! We weren't disappointed at all! My wife got a cheeseburger with bacon, while I opted for the Blue bacon burger and a side of cheese fries. We got our 6 year old, the Mac and Cheese with fries for kids. He was in that kind of mood. He took a couple of bites then wanted a cheeseburger, so my wife went and ordered him one of those. He said he didn't like his Mac and Cheese, but I tried it and it was really good!!! I don't think he liked it because it didn't come out of a box. My wife and I finally got to try our burgers and we thought the were delicious with the jalapeno bread buns! Both were cooked just right, juicy and not dry at all! My cheese fries were really good too! My wife opted for the fried onions which were good, but kind of like onion rings cut in half. We opted to get fountain drinks, but they do have been here! The staff was really friendly and the girl working the counter taking orders was extremely helpful as it was our first time here. Co-worker lead me to come here and I'm glad she did. I normally don't give a 5 star but the Diablo Burger lived up to name. I like spicy and it was. From the young lady that took my order, overall menu selection, how long to get my food, and it was hot, a ice cold beer, and the overall flavor of the burger was on the money. Now that was a good burger! I've been wanting to try Daddio's out and I'm glad I did it today. Good ratio of burger to bun with fresh veggies and good amount of mayo, ketchup and mustard. Was glad they had bun alternatives and the patty was seasoned well. The sweet potato fries was also good and had a nice flavor to it. Store set up was cool and had posters of icons and movies. We decided to try this place after a long day at the beach. We chose to eat here because the pictures looked so good, and they didn't lie! I had the bacon blue burger and my and son had the cheeseburger last. We also tried the hand cut fries with the house ranch dressing and the onion strips with the daddio sauce. We went and there around 7pm. The staff was less then impressive. They were blunt and to the point and showed no real concern to make the customers that this was an inviting environment. We two separate tickets, four people total. The first order came out and we went up there and they gave us the wrong order. We brought it back and they were rude. They took the burger back and gave it to the correct customer and ours has been sitting there. Then on the second order our fries was burnt little pieces.
