I don't live in this area, was just passing through and decided to have lunch with my boyfriend. As far as the burgers go, I would give them a 4/5. The burgers were delicious, kinda disappointing that the bread fell apart so easily turning it into a messy burger. But it was still a yummy burger. Reason for the 3 stars is for the bathrooms. It's a single toilet, not stalls. But ohhhhh my lord, the bathroom had THE WORST smell. I get that it's a small bathroom, but it shouldn't smell like that. I was instantly 110% nauseous and had to take a break before actually getting to eat the burger. If the restaurant sees this, please attend to your bathroom. You're a small building with plenty of customers coming through, especially for lunch. Put some time into making the bathroom have a bit nicer feel and smell to it. Overall, 3/5 stars. Amazing burgers, gross bathrooms. So definitely go to eat, but make sure your bladder is empty beforehand. read more

Sometimes you just want a good authentic burger...Not a fast food burger, not a chain burger, but a real burger, made with love by a local guy....OK, truth be told that would always be my preference. So, we found ourselves in Beaumont Texas helping after the Hurricane flooding and after a lot of of hours in the hot Texas sun and a lot of fast food stops, we wanted something real and of course we turned to Yelp for advise... We found this little jem with Authentic burgers, salads, fresh ingredients, fries, milkshakes, reasonable pricing, and an outdoor patio. They definitely serve a neighborhood crowd...when we arrived around 6 PM, there was a local kids soccer team eating on the patio and the restaurant was filled with everyone from contract workers to families to hipsters....yes, a great burger joint can be a draw...and if you want an egg on your burger or you want all vegan...well they do that too. There are multiple choices of buns, including a halipinio cheddar bun, 4 cheeses, beef, turkey, buffalo of black bean burgers or grilled chicken. Then there are many options for toppings. All come with fresh lettuce, tomato, purple onion etc, but you can always add grilled onions, fresh avocado slices, applewood bacon, grilled Portobello mushrooms, feta cheese, blue cheese, a fried egg etc. There are also fresh homecut fries, cheese fries, chilli cheese fries, onion string etc as sides. The Staff was very welcoming, the music was fun, the place was clean and the food was plentiful and wonderful. The parking is a bit limited for the size of the restaurant. There was a brisk business of eat in and takeout while we were there. We had the mushroom swiss burger, the apple wood bacon cheddar burger and cheese fries with home made ranch sauce. The burgers were huge, more than we could even eat. The small cheese fries were very small portion compared to the small regular fry we saw on others tables, maybe a quarter of the size. So as a long time customer I've never experienced bad customer service until today. After spending over $30 dollars in the drive-thru I was told I needed to park and pickup my food from inside the store. The lady at the window said she did not want to send her staff out in the rain, ummm okay but it's not raining. And this is a first with the drive thru area. In addition the chicken sandwiches are fantastic and the salads are delicious and fresh! This was the best burger I've had in years, it was actually very nostalgic for me in a lot of ways. Where I'm from in Mississippi they had a place called Daddio's so I had to try, and I they did not disappoint. They have plenty of options, I personally got a Cheddar Bacon Burger with Chili. We happened upon this place by searching Yelp for a halfway point between Spring, Texas and Lafayette, Louisiana to meet family to drop off cousins. We knew nothing except the pictures looked delicious and the reviews were great. Trust me you will not be disappointed! I will advise though we arrived during the prime lunch time snd the line was out the door and no empty tables. Obviously everybody already knew what a great place this was!! I ordered the Flash Fried Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan and the Wild Alaskan Burger on a Jalapeño Cheese Bun and added avocado and cheddar cheese. The Brussels Sprouts were good, but the crispy bits were great. They could've been better overall if they had been sliced into thinner pieces. The Burger was fantastic. I would definitely eat here again and order that Burger again. It's the kind of good food you can hurt yourself eating too much of. I stopped in here for lunch again with a couple of girlfriends.
