The truck is a beautiful color and it stands out. Easy to find it near the gas station. I wanted to try all of the specialty tacos so I ordered one of everything: migas, ulitimo (sausage, chorizo bacon and egg), brisket, picadillo. I ordered a traditional taco as well (bacon and egg taco). Once you order from the window, they bring your order to your car. You can also call ahead with your ahead. Didn't take long at all to get my tacos. This is very convenient so you don't have to stand outside and can sit in your car jamming out to Harry Styles. The picadillo taco was good. They definitely flavor their meat. Yum! The migas taco was also good. The brisket taco was full of meat and very moist. The ultimo taco was a burst of flavor with all the meats and seasoning. Loved it! While the bacon and egg taco was good...specialty tacos are where it's at!!! Yyyaaasss!! Loved the tacos here and can't wait to try more things. Welcome to the area!

We asked what time they closed and they were like, "we're just closed". We told them we had a large group and asked if we could order since they were just closing up and they straight up said "no." So that was weird. 2.) for three quesabirria tacos it set us back around $17. Again they were pretty good but not "$20 for 3 tacos from a food truck" good. And they didn't offer any sides like cilantro or o onion. Just limes. 3.) when you order, they'll tell you how much time until your food is ready and tell you to just come back and check. No pagers, no names. Just figure it out lol.

The just-okay ones were the Nopales, and the Al Pastor leaned way too hard on some spice, tastes like allspice to me. It was intense and just felt off balance. Definitely get the Quesotaco over regular. The griddled cheese is a real upgrade over the standard ones. Tortillas are fresh too. The salsa bar is awesome. Tomatillo, a red one that's really spicy, a jalapeno based one, and one with cilantro that's great. Really good stuff. The one thing that drives me nuts is you can't modify anything. Tons of families in there, we came in with our picky kids and just asked for rice and beans. No. Okay, can we just buy tortillas? No. Fine, sell us a taco and put all the meat and toppings on the side so I can hand my kids a plain tortilla? No. Whoever is running that kitchen, the fact that you literally cannot hand me a tortilla is absurd. The place is cramped and you're not coming here for the ambiance, the inside is whatever. On the plus side the line moves fast and the food comes out quick. They are cranking it out. Overall this is a home run. It's a couple little things away from an easy 5 stars.
