I had a great experience getting my windows tinted here. He works solo, but was still able to get…read morethe job done the same day, which I really appreciated because I needed my car back quickly. The tint came out clean and professional with no bubbles or visible defects, and he clearly takes pride in his work. Even though it's a one-person operation, the turnaround time and quality were just as good as larger shops I've used before. If you're looking for someone reliable who can provide solid results without a long wait and a fair price, I'd definitely recommend giving him a call.

He informed me it would only take a few hours and try to see if I could get someone to pick me up. I found a ride and left until almost 4 when I returned. My car had not even been started on just a bunch of dried up liquid all over the windows. Someones motorcycle hat was just sitting on my car as they sat around. I didn't even get upset because I just wanted them done. He told me to give him 40 minutes. Needless to say 10 minutes into starting the work he come back with a beer can in one hand and my key in the other and says he doesn't want to do it anymore. My car was filthy on top of him being drunk and belligerent. This all ended with me having to call the police and him having to clean my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! DRUNKEN IDIOT! You should not own a business and carry yourself that way. Getting so drunk on the job you couldn't do the work. PATHETIC.

Price Gouging! 1 Star Avoid This Shop!…read more Extremely disappointing experience. I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I used Kevin for ceramic coating, PPF, tinting, brake caliper painting, PPF on the gear shift area,…read moreand a windshield coating. I dropped it off with him on Monday, August 17th for what should have been a 3 days job. I rented a car nearby his office. I was supposed to pick up my car on Thursday, August 20th at 4pm. When I arrived, he wasn't done with my car and I waited there for 2.5 hours which was completely unnecessary. At that point, the car was "done" and I was to come back in 10 days for any touch-ups needed and for the PPF on the gear shift area that he never got to. I arrived when he told me to and waited there another 2 hours. He re-tinted a window, and supposedly cleaned up some PPF blemishes. When I was leaving the shop, he noticed that the re-tinted window was not done correctly. He told me to come back later to get it fixed and to get the gear shift PPF as he STILL hadn't done it. Kevin made it very clear to me many times that he's exhausted, works too much, doesn't want to do this type of work any longer, and is just over the whole thing. This is not what a customer wants to hear. It made me believe his work would not be his best and I was correct. So, at this point I'm trying to get him to fix the bad tint on one window, do the PPF gear shift area, and to clean up some more PPF issues including the mirror caps. Apparently he had a family tragedy, or at least that's what he told me. I gave him a couple weeks and texted him again so I could bring it back. No response even though he read all my texts. I texted him a few more times and nothing. He read those messages also. At this point, it's over a month that I started this process and my patience is wearing thin. I'm tired of begging, wasting time at his shop, and I'm completely annoyed. I took my car to a different shop and they re-tinted both windows so they'd match, re-did the mirror caps which were not done correctly, and replaced some PPF on each side of the lower bumper that were also installed incorrectly. This cost me $585 in addition to the $5,400 I paid Kevin.

As it was my first time getting a tint job, I stopped in to do an informal consultation and ask a few questions. A young man by the name of Eddie greeted me and he was so awesome! Based on the services I wanted, I thought that Eddie got the job completed in a very reasonable time and even after the fact he was responsive towards any follow-up questions that I had. Overall, a good experience and I highly recommend! Tell him, Liselle sent you :)

It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.

Red flag number 1: The lady who works there had an attitude this morning not sure if she rolled out of bed on the wrong side, but she was kind of rude. Red flag number 2: She also gave me one price over the phone but once I got to the shop it was a different price. Not sure if she was trying to get over but again I didn't really care just wanted to get the tints off. Lastly she asked me if I was ready to pay because my car was finished and I said yes. Then she walked to the back for like ten minutes like wth. Anyways I say this to say I think the people in the back did a fast job on my car but to not tell me they scratched my window is mad disrespectful. I was gonna go back to get my windows tinted but I'm definitely not. I'd give this place a 2.5 not a 3 though
