The broth was rich in color and taste. The noodles were just perfect, but to overcooked and mushy. The crab was drenched in the garlic butter sauce. It has the right amount of kick to it! The crab was cleaned and cooked perfectly. The meat just came out of the shell with ease. I really would have liked my potatoes to have been cooked more throughly, they were still hard in the middle.
