RUDE!!! We have been ordering from them for years and some girl (lady) that answers the phone is RUDE. She will blurt out RUDELY "we don't have any large dough so you can't order large pizzas" or when ordering for school workers, again she rudely said we don't have any dough made, HELLO, it's 1pm. Then we called on a Sunday again, around 1pm and again, no "large dough" made, we could only get mediums. I called to order a sheet pizza and large pizza, went in 10 mins before I said I needed the order and was RUDELY told, "you said 130pm so it's not 130" I said ok, well I'll be back and she just shook her head at me. (Looking at pictures on here, I can say that the pizza looks pretty delicious, but I only ordered a meatball sub and mozz sticks). First of all, anytime you give your customer "blown up" cheese sticks, that's not a good sign -- especially when they're five bucks for five. Meatball sub was actually pretty tasty, but my first thought was: this looks greasy. I dunno, something about the place, I almost walked out after walking in and no one came to take my order for the first minute (slow time of the day, but still). I also felt like the manager/owner seemed a little unfriendly. I asked for a recommendation on sides, etc, and one could tell he wanted to say: I don't have time for this - just gimme your lousy order, punk. Service was somewhat slow. Prices did seem fair (mozz sticks are always $). Another place that makes me want to work on my own cooking, overall. Would probably give it another shot if not for the mozz sticks. Went a few weeks back, ordered all white chicken dinner, paid and went home. Didn't know until I got home that it was missing a breast. Called them and they said they must have forgotten to tell me they were out. Asked for a credit and they agreed, now today I call at 3:30 on a Saturday and ask them up front and they have no chicken breast? Great pizza! The "Jessica's Cheese" was awesome...best cheese pizza I ever had. Perfectly browned cheese. Didn't mind the grease, that comes part and parcel of eating fatty foods, amirite? I had placed an order of 3 XL pizzas and 3 orders of 25 wings to be delivered 6 hours later. They showed up right on time and the delivery guy was very nice. I do not recommend ordering food here. The place is dirty, with old food left under tables from previous days before. I went when it first opened and the place was filthy. The subs I ordered were inedible as the had rotten lettuce on them and soggy buns. I watched the help prepare my food with no gloves. All prices were higher than the website. I watched a guy come in after picking up supplies and start handling peoples food again with bare hands. He never washed hands after coming in from outside. I placed a pick up order this evening and when I went to pick it up, it was obvious that they forgot about my order. There were two people working and I had to repeat my order to both of them multiple times. They seemed confused then eventually found my ticket. I heard the man say the wings were ready. I asked if only the wings were ready or if it all was ready. He said the pizza was ready also. I asked about the jojos. He said "jojos? Oh. I have to drop those." The girl was pulling out what was going to be my pizza then said "this one is double pepperoni". He then said "it will be about 9 minutes for the pizza and jojos. Sorry, we were slammed." I walked out. I had already waited over the 30 minutes I was told it would be and didn't want to wait longer. About 10 minutes later, my phone rang and he told me my food was ready now. I told him no thank you because my order wasn't ready as expected. He argued with me and said everything was ready but the jojos. I told him that is poor customer service and he put me on the "banned list". It's a shame because they make a yummy pizza. read more

My husband and I had this place for lunch today. We had a $5 off $15 coupon and decided to give it a try. The cheeseburger pizza caught our eye. We were in a rush, so we didn't pay much attention to the details. We also ordered a side of breadsticks. When my husband brought it home and opened the box, all of the toppings had slid to one side... The base of the pizza was a honey mustard sauce. The pizza consisted of pickles, onions, and beef. The beef looked really processed and was unflavorful... There were a TON of pickles! Also, there was an exorbitant amount of sauce. At one point, I just started to squeeze the sauce off of the pizza. It was very sour. It lacked relief. It needed a lighter sauce base and lettuce and tomatoes on top would have made a big difference. The bread sticks where shaped in a way you could tell they were not home made. Very bland. Not sure if I will return. May try a simple pepperoni to see if it wasn't just this pizza.... 2 major issues. First entertainment coupon is a lie. Cost you money to get your complementary pizza. Then when I picked my pizza up it was burnt. I asked for a new pizza. The guy making did not have a problem. The woman (Amber). Was not happy. I walked out to put my other items in the car. When I came back in to wait for the pizza. She said the f###ing pizza was not burnt he is a f###ing a## hole. She did not know I was there. I confronted her on what she said and she said she was not talking about me. I was the only person complaining about burnt pizza. Had a hard time getting my money back. Talked to Terry the owner and he said he has a lot of employees there and she just was mad cause she had to come to work. He said he has had issues at other places of business like that. He just kept making excuses for her actions. We visit this place 4 to 5 times a month since it opened. $32 ea time we go. Terry was not really concerned if we returned. So we will not. Stay away. Very good local place to get good pizza and chicken. I used to eat here often as a child due to my dad living close by. I moved away for quite awhile and have recently relocated back to the PLX area. This is still a favorite of mine. I prefer this pizza and jojos over a lrg chain like Pizza Hut or papa johns every day. If your in the area I highly recommend checking it out. read more

Wow. This is by far the greasiest pizza I have ever had. Flavor is there.....but reminds me of a cafeteria pizza place. Literally sick to my stomach after eating this pizza. I have driven by this place countless times and finally decided to try it out. I am now regretting my decision and I think I need to go up there again tomorrow during the day to have a word with the owner or operator. I got my pizza and it was fresh and right out of the oven so I hurried to get home because I was excited it looked great! My wife and I each had a piece and decided it was pretty good accept the sauce. I am not saying there sauce was bad, but I wouldn't know because the pizza had NO SAUCE ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!! NONE! When I go to a ma and pa pizza joint the first thing I want is good sauce. I thought maybe it was a mess up and that someone just forgot to put sauce on it. Seeing as how i liked the rest of the pizza I called back to see what was going on. Take note when I got my pizza there was only 2 people working, two kids. They both looked to be under 18. When I called I think I talked to one of them because I asked about the sauce and the first thing he said was "No we don't do light sauce, it must of been the person who made it". (There was only two of them so I assume he was trying to point the finger at the other guy...) I reiterated my first statement to see if he was going to correct the error and he then said, "Oh well yeah maybe that is just how we do it, so next time you order just order extra sauce we don't charge extra for that." I said OK and he hung up......Worst customer service ever.. I am certain that had I talked to an adult or the owner they would have offered to make me a new pie with the appropriate amount of sauce. So I now have a pizza sitting on my kitchen table missing two pieces and I am debating taking it back up there and throwing it in this punks face. read more
