Red beans and rice were a little bit dry, but I'm told they were fairly decent. Just not really up to what was expected for red beans and rice in a comparable establishment. The country fried steak came with brown gravy instead of the white cream gravy that is the usual gravy for such a dish. All in all it was a somewhat decent experience, but definitely well below par for an establishment with the reputation the white Cap has.

Chloe, the host, could not have been nicer, friendlier and more helpful when talking about food choices, the environment, where to go and personal things.
