This is one of those places that looks better than it tastes. The burgers are piled high with fresh condiments, and the fries are humongous. However, the taste doesn't live up to the first impression. The patties were rather bland and the vegetables felt like they were more for decoration than anything else. The fries were more potato-ey than fries and the parmesan just tasted like the powdered stuff you get for pizza. The chicken parm fries was literally a cut up chicken patty mixed in with fries, nothing special, and bland as well. We are not the people to make a post like this but I will be today as the lady in the window said "GO PUT THIS ON FB"... We do not support and will never support Burger Box food truck. My mother is in the hospital again and instead of us leaving property we notice a food truck was here at Usa Hospital Mobile Alabama so we decided to eat there. We get in line and as soon as we get in line a lady in line announced to us that they were out of all burgers...cool didn't care we can get a chicken item off the menu....so I order my food and step dads and my sister is behind me waiting to order and there were atleast 7 people behind her and a lady walks up and says "I wanted a burger dang it" so she was going to walk off and the lady working the window yelled out "We have a burger for you" well we had all really wanted a burger and you just told all of us you had no more burgers after we had already been waiting 20 mins or more and going to offer someone a burger that's way behind us in-line instead of asking the people that were in front first. That should have been the way she handled, but instead it went a little like this ...my sister said "Oh I would have loved a burger that's what we wanted to order." "I didn't really want chicken I thought y'all were out" the lady inside working the window caught an immediate attitude started raising her voice at my sister and said "We are working hard in this heat and trying our best." When my sister went on to say it's fine I will just take the chicken sandwich she proceeded to yell and say "We are out of that now also since you want to order it and refused to serve my sister." Dont forget I had already ordered and was waiting on my food to finish while waiting I was boiling with anger... Courtney just walked inside nicely. When they called for my food to be ready I immediately told her "Think about who you are serving... you are at a hospital while you are hot inside this food truck ...that u chose to work in and own with your bad attitude our mom is suffering in this hospital in pain with stage 4 cancer and my sister had been up all night taking care of her but it's so hot in there and it so hard to run that food truck ." I told her I didn't want my food any longer and I wanted a refund she did give me a refund and we went to Dew Drop Inn Where the service and staff were phenomenal!!! People really need to think before they speak because everyone is going through stuff... anyways just wanted to let you guys know to NEVER support Box Burger and take your money where it is appreciated and they enjoy the environment they work in. read more

I've been hearing about this food truck for a while now. We wanted to try something new that we haven't had before. I ordered the mushroom burger for $8.99 and bacon parmesean fries for $5.50. Husband had the showtime for 11.99, and son had the classic for $6 something. This is the best burger I've ever had. The ingredients seem very fresh, and the team members were friendly. I'm not from around here so I'm trying to find a good burger spot around. It's a food truck kinda hidden during the day but I came by and got the bacon Gouda burger and let me tell you it slapped! The Gouda really compliments the beef, they use Kobe beef I believe but it's super flavorful and chewy. The bacon had a jalapeño taste to it which gave it a little spice but it all combined really well. I also had the fries which were good and really crispy maybe just a little too greasy for my taste but that's fine cause it's fresh. Service was good the guy working was nice. Overall, I'm definitely coming back for that burger! read more
