The cheese foam was amazing. Great idea for pasta! I've never seen anything like it. The fish special was amazing! The the guinea on the special was also delicious. Lamb on the regular menu was very good, very fresh, and tender. Sorbet trio for dessert was mint, lemon, and berries to resemble the flag. All three were fresh and homemade.
