The pinsa is a thicker, sourdough crust and it's just freaking good! The food came out pretty quickly, they speak English well if your German language proficiency isn't so good. The chef is Italien and the waitress is Romanian, both are very sweet and helpful. My kids had some various pizza's, all tasty and with really good dough.
