The guy taking my order just asked what I wanted on each window. I did my research and knew what I wanted, so I told him the film and shades, he said ok, done. I'm so used to shops trying to upsell me that I came in ready to say no, no, and no. Never had to. And never had to flag either of them down to ask something, or feel like I was bothering them. Had tint done somewhere else before so I've got something to compare to, and the work here is noticeably cleaner. Edges are tight, way fewer water pockets and they're tiny, I expect them gone soon. Eventually, I got tired of waiting, called another local tint shop, and took the car there instead. I don't mind paying a fair price for good work, but I expect consistent pricing and a business to be open when it's supposed to be. They really stand behind their work as I came to find out when I was sideswiped be aa truck and they reapplied the XPEL wrap. And even thought the insurance covered the damage, we found that the paint and damage was decreased by the wrap. I've recommended Union to friends and all have been satisfied.
