If you order wine at the kiosk you need to flag an employee to check your id, and they enter a code. So if you are opting for beer or wine, I would suggest just going to the counter. The place was spotless, wasn't too crowded for its location, and so didn't feel like the wait was long. After you order, you have a seat and they bring you the food. Next time I will try a shake.

Yesterday I placed a mobile order and was told they were no longer selling milkshakes at 10:30pm. Yet they let me order it on the app and did not refund me. The signs on the front of the store contradict each say 1 says open till midnight the other says open till 1am. Neither is accurate as they actually are closed well before this. Going here is a mistake. I like Sonic but whoever owns the 2 locations in Rochester clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant. The Irondequoit location is exactly the same. I've gone in other cities and it's great, car hops work and you're served on roller skates it's an actual experience.
