Just left after waiting 35 minutes for my appointment. She took me back 15 minutes in and let my feet get soggy for another 20 before I just left I don't have time for this . It was going to be my first time but never mind I'll go somewhere where appointments are at least semi honored - 5-15 is one thing 35 is ridiculous why did I call and make an appointment. Went in for a manicure and gel x set but didn't get my manicure yet they still charged me for the manicure the next day two of my nails fell off maybe if they did my manicure they would've stayed longer who knows. I have been going here since it was Angel's Nails long ago. Seen owners come and go but have always been loyal to Van. Last time I was there I made an appt for a nail repair with Van..just a chip two days after she did my gel set. I was treated like a total outcast...no one wanted to fix my nail and the woman who did it was angry and did a horrible job. Then when I went to pay the hostess said that I didnt have to pay for a repair. I had made an appt with Van and apparently she would rather take someone else in my appt spot. I didnt tip the angry woman either because she was just awful to me. Something I have never done. Today to give the place one last chance I made an appt with Diane at 11:45...I was on time and she was busy doing a full set..said I would have to wait 15 minutes..it was closer to 30 but by this time I couldnt go anywhere else. She did a good job on my pedicure but towards the end another customer came in who Diane was very happy to see and quickly left me sitting to dry and started happily working on this other customers set. Anyway I finally told another woman there that I couldnt wait and she said ok no offer to help me....I tried to put my own flip flop on and messed up a nail...by this time I didnt care. I was just tired of being ignored.. I asked her to help me put on the other flip flop and she did. Then she went and got my bill from Diane...who called "thank you" as I left. Let me just say I am very, very picky when it comes to getting my nails done and when my friend told me about Dat, I fell in love with his work up to this day I've been a very happy with the results of nails the atmosphere is so welcome and very very clean! Dat is super sweet and funny when you get your nails done there not a time where you won't be laughing he such a funny and positive person, I just had 1 nail tech that was good but she's located in Ontario now I can say I found myself a new nail tech and I know reviews don't say much so that why I leave these pictures on how great he has done! I wish I could express the utter disgust and disappointment from this place. I went to get my nails done a few days ago, I will say that I have nothing but great things to say about sweet woman who did my nails, she was nice and sweet and did my nails how I wanted. The thing that I'm disgusted by is that two days later i started noticing some disgusting skin issue's around the cuticles of my fingers and toes, they it started to itch and felt like they were on FIRE!!! I called the nail salon an endless amounts of time and never got a call back nor a response. I finally went to Urgent care and they told me I had developed an infection due to poor or un disinfected tools that were used on my nails!!!! I get my nails done religiously someone where else but unfortunately they were closed and this was the only one open. I was given antibiotics to get rid of the disgusting discharge that ensued right after ! Needless to say I will never go to this place again, and if you do go please make sure our see that the tools are disinfected or new if possible. read more

Negative stars if I could. The receptionist had an attitude and refused to help when the manager wasn't in. I paid for the max service pedicure $75 and did not receive one single step promised in it. I sat 3 hours in the chair while the lady tried over and over to file my toe nails straight insisting I was wrong telling her they aren't even. I expressed how I felt like I was cheated and should have to pay for the most expensive pedicure when I got a very basic one. The receptionist only gave me the option to come back another day for a re polish. I explained ,I don't want a re polish I want what was promised in my pedicure. She refused got very hostile and proceeded to go into MY purse on the counter and take back the card saying I could come back for a re polish.terrible experience not to meantion I was harassed by one employee the very first time I ever went there ..NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN IF IT WAS THE LAST NAIL SALON ON EARTH. Terrible! I went the first time and a guy who was new to their facility, he was really Nice but his work was really sloppy. I went a week later for a fill around the time they open to avoid the long wait during the day, they always arrive like 20 minutes late but this time around the owner and her son helped me. The owner I think her name is Dian did my nails, she did a better job. A week after a nail broke off and I saw that I had this bright green color under my nail bed, I went to the doctors and was told that it was caused by LACK OF STERILIZATION! This is one way how people get HIV, HEP C!!!! every time THEY cut around my nails I ALWAYS BLEED!!! My experience with Diane is she doesn't clean up my cuticles, and that's more likely to get us to go get a fill quicker. The last time my daughter got her nails painted with the lady next to Diane (the owner), she's not children friendly and she snapped at my 6 year old child for moving, so I asked if someone who didn't mind doing her nails can do it. I just over all didn't like my experience with them and I tried to like this nail salon since it's close by, but the 3 months that I was going I just couldn't adapt to them. I literally just received the worse nail service ever. My sister and I arrived 3 hours ago, she finished 2 hours ago. They are just now finishing me after giving me a young man to do my nails with little to no experience in a full set application. For the first 90 minutes he had only got to point of applying tips and acrylic, but here's where bad went to worse...he put so much acrylic on my nails that it took the girl who took his place over an hour to file that acrylic down. I remained quiet and calm, with the exception of saying 3 times that I've never taking this long in any location anywhere in multiple states. So i just assumed that because they switched him out (without me asking) that as a courtesy for the horrible service that they would discount my entire bill of $130. The manager offered me $5, I very calmly asked him to reconsider what had transpired for the last 3 hours and consider how horrific this service had been. He asked what did I think was fair, I stated $25 minimum off to say the least. He then upped his $5 to $10. At this point i just asked him to call the owner, he refused. (Update: all of this is even more disheartening now that I've found out that the so called manager is the owner) Suffice it to say that I will never be back and I highly recommend you find a reputable location, with skilled technicians, and good management to resolve mishaps in a reputable way and to get your nail services completed professionally. I would go into the additional fact that when I asked him 1 final time to call either the owner or the police...he chose the police. I then said you would rather call the police, rather than handle this yourself in a professional and courteous manner? I also called the sheriff's department because I had no idea what description of this incident they gave, since they obviously had someone in the back make the call. I told him that because dispatch said that they were inundated with real emergencies, I will just concede and pay their full price, in order to not cost a police officer his valuable time to be out in our community saving lives rather assuring that your establishment stop cheating customers. Finding something good to end this review with: The young lady, Leslie, who took 2 meticulous hours to fix what the 1st young man had done. It took her that long to file down that amount of acrylic. They have so many people that they can't fully focus on one customer. They're always rushing tying to get the next customer in so they don't leave. The man in the front that does acrylics (not the young man by the front counter) always takes the last walk in person that gets there without even asking who's next. This has happened several times to me and others. I think being more organized might help their business run smoother. I will say that they all have nice attitudes towards customers and try to accommodate as much as possible. read more

I went here for the first time and got gel nails done. I always get gel nails and they start cracking on day 3. The gel nails are suppose to last a while but on day 3 they start cracking. I called and the manager was nice enough to redo the the only 2 nails that are cracking- he also said my nails probably broke underneath. Which was not the case- then after him redoing the 2 nails all the other nails start cracking. I'm giving them 2 stars for the customer service. I stopped by for a quick manicure. The lady in the front desk tried to push me to get gel as well. My nails have gotten thin because of getting gel and I'm giving my nails a break from gel so they can get healthy and grow. When I said no gel the nail tech changed her attitude towards me. She didn't listen to what I asked for. She proceeded to use the drill and even I asked her to used the nail file. She insisted I had gel on my nails which i didn't. A friend and I made an apt a couple weeks back to get our nails done for a wedding were in... my apt was at 530, got there early. My friend got called back 30 mins later and i sat and waited, both of the guys that were doing our nails had NO idea how to do a nude and white ombre nail, yet they BOTH said they could. at this point its 7pm.
