It wasn't for any special occasion. I stated that clearly from the very beginning, but within less than 30 seconds I had to repeat myself because the employee wasn't listening. The representative then laughed uncontrollably after almost every sentence. It was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I tried to ask about specific types of flowers for the arrangement, she had no idea what they actually carried and couldn't answer even basic questions. It felt like you're expected to already be a botanist or horticulturist just to shop there. Instead of helping or offering thoughtful recommendations, the only thing she seemed interested in was showing me arrangements on a tablet at the far end of a counter blocked by potted plants. The she immediately began trying to figure out how much money I was willing to spend. This was my first and only visit, and it will be my last. I would not recommend Infiniti Flower Design to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

I popped in about a month ago to order an arrangement for a funeral that I was attending. I described what I wanted and was shown an arrangement in the case that was very popular for a sympathy gift. The arrangement in the case was beautiful and just what I was looking for. I paid in full and made plans to pick up the arrangement a few days later. When I picked up the arrangement later that week, I saw it and was immediately disappointed. It looked nothing like what I was shown at my last visit. I was in a rush and didn't have time to complain. I realize this is my fault and they likely would have fixed matters. Instead of a beautiful sympathy arrangement, it was now the day of the funeral and I had a vase that looked like it had one of everything in it. It didn't seem like it was worth the price I paid. Supporting small businesses is so important, but I feel like I was let down here.
