Victoria finally "replaced" them on Saturday but did not replace all of the flowers. It's now Monday the "REPLACEMENT" arrangement now has half of the flowers dead. I DO NOT recommend this Florist. I'm a native of Arizona 74 years old and had many many floral arrangements in my day and this is by far the worst.. I felt bad I had to involve my girlfriend who sent them by sending her some pictures to send them to Victoria at Infinity Floral to prove the flowers were dead in less than 48 hours and she now feels bad which was not my intention, so it's not been a pleasant experience and Victoria, Ms. Southern and all bubbly was not willing to do anything about the 2nd Arrangement "it was a free delivery". I'm not only water them every morning. I have spray misted them three times a day. They should've lasted a week, both looked terrible within 48 hours.

When I tried to ask about specific types of flowers for the arrangement, she had no idea what they actually carried and couldn't answer even basic questions. It felt like you're expected to already be a botanist or horticulturist just to shop there. Instead of helping or offering thoughtful recommendations, the only thing she seemed interested in was showing me arrangements on a tablet at the far end of a counter blocked by potted plants. The she immediately began trying to figure out how much money I was willing to spend. This was my first and only visit, and it will be my last. I would not recommend Infiniti Flower Design to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The arrangement in the case was beautiful and just what I was looking for. I paid in full and made plans to pick up the arrangement a few days later. When I picked up the arrangement later that week, I saw it and was immediately disappointed. It looked nothing like what I was shown at my last visit. I was in a rush and didn't have time to complain. I realize this is my fault and they likely would have fixed matters. Instead of a beautiful sympathy arrangement, it was now the day of the funeral and I had a vase that looked like it had one of everything in it. It didn't seem like it was worth the price I paid. However, he forgot that we have 3 cats because the bouquet came will lillies (which are my favorite flower but are deadly to cats), eucalyptus leaves, and hydrangeas. He mentioned that lillies are my favorite flower - which they are - and the florist acted on his instructions beautifully. But lillies are lethal to cats, which he seems to have forgotten. After I slept on it with the bouquet hidden away from the cats, I was able to remove everything toxic to cats and oh my heart. It was even prettier than the original. It went from "Nice flowers" to "This is ME!" The roses seemed to be different colors in the original arrangement. But when pulled out, they were cream and peach, not yellow. Honestly, I love the new bouquet better than the original. Don't misunderstand me, the original was GORGEOUS. But I have 3 cats. The flowers - all of them - were fresh, fragrant, and super high quality. Their rose selection is top tier. I adored their lillies too - just couldn't keep them. I think that, if my husband had told them that we have 3 cats, the arrangement would have been even more lovely and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it differently.
