The birthday bouquet I ordered was very poor value for the money. The arrangement was quite small, and clashed with the color of the even smaller vase. To add insult to injury, I specifically asked for a bow, but there was no bow. The "birthday girl" knows that I always ask for a bow, and she noticed that this year, there wasn't one. I was so embarrassed by the size of the arrangement, the poor choice of color for the flowers, and no bow! It seems the proprietor of a business such as this would know that many special occasions roll around every year, and providing good value is how one builds a clientele. I will never patronize this business again.

They were difficult to communicate with, surprisingly unprofessional, and even asked us to drop everything in the middle of a workday under the guise of "respecting our time." However, they seriously need to implement a proper booking system if they can't honor the appointment times they offer.

My husband recently had an arrangement made for me, and it was LOVELY. The flowers were fragrant…read moreand the play on colors was beautiful. However, he forgot that we have 3 cats because the bouquet came will lillies (which are my favorite flower but are deadly to cats), eucalyptus leaves, and hydrangeas. He mentioned that lillies are my favorite flower - which they are - and the florist acted on his instructions beautifully. But lillies are lethal to cats, which he seems to have forgotten. After I slept on it with the bouquet hidden away from the cats, I was able to remove everything toxic to cats and oh my heart. It was even prettier than the original. It went from "Nice flowers" to "This is ME!" The roses seemed to be different colors in the original arrangement. But when pulled out, they were cream and peach, not yellow. Honestly, I love the new bouquet better than the original. Don't misunderstand me, the original was GORGEOUS. But I have 3 cats. The flowers - all of them - were fresh, fragrant, and super high quality. Their rose selection is top tier. I adored their lillies too - just couldn't keep them. I think that, if my husband had told them that we have 3 cats, the arrangement would have been even more lovely and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it differently. That said, I still like the smaller selection of cat friendly flowers. It feels more "me" than the original. NOT A FAULT OF THE FLORIST. Fault of the husband. The florist is 5/5. Husband gets a 3/5 for effort, and a 1/5 for execution.

I was looking for a local and close to me florist to create a last minute bouquet with roses. Tracey helped when I walked in and asked about my request. I ended up not going for the bouquet because it was out of my budget, but I can't say enough about her customer service and willingness to fulfill a last minute request. The shop had a lovely variety of flowers. They had fudge at the counter to buy (I was definitely craving it too), and lots of balloons, stuffies (little bears and cute things) to gift to folks.
