They were already the only florist I regularly ordered arrangements from before I was engaged, so there was never really a question of who I wanted for our wedding. I already knew I loved their flowers, but boy, was I blown away by what they were able to create when the wedding day finally came. I feel like we truly had the most gorgeous wedding florals of all time. While we already thought we would love the flowers themselves, working with Iann and the Plum team made me love their entire operation even more. They took my scattered ideas and inspiration photos and somehow turned them into what I genuinely believe were the most beautiful wedding flowers I have ever seen. Every arrangement felt unique, intentional, and completely us. They were also incredibly thoughtful about our budget, finding creative ways to repurpose our ceremony flowers throughout the reception, including around our sweetheart table, without sacrificing the vision for a second. Beyond the flowers, Plum is just a really cool business run by really cool, down-to-earth people. Wedding planning can be stressful, and it was so refreshing to work with a team that was professional, genuine, easy to trust, and actually fun to be around. I talked about them so much that when my parents came to visit from out of town, I literally brought them into the shop without an appointment just so they could meet Iann and see the place I'd been raving about for months. On the wedding day, everything was handled so efficiently that we barely noticed how much work was happening behind the scenes. The flowers were moved, repurposed, packaged, and brought to our room so seamlessly that we were able to stay completely present and simply enjoy the day. After the wedding, they even helped us purchase the gorgeous ceremony vases for an unbelievably reasonable price and surprised us with one of the pedestal bowls from a reception arrangement, which now has a permanent place in our home. Plum has also created one of my favorite arrangements outside of our wedding. My then-fiancé (now husband!) surprised me with a custom arrangement for my "Berry in Love" bridal shower, and every flower perfectly matched the shades of red and pink from my theme. It was absolutely stunning and one of my favorite arrangements I've ever received. I am genuinely proud that Plum was part of our wedding team. Whether you need one beautiful arrangement, a custom gift, or full event florals, I truly cannot recommend them more. They are unbelievably talented people who also happen to be some of the kindest and most genuine you'll meet. We will absolutely be Plum customers for life.

Rene and his wife spent extra time with us to ensure they knew exactly what we wanted. They were patient, creative, and showed us a variety of different flowers and arrangement possibilities! I was shocked and couldn't believe that he had been swindled by this business for such a paltry and underwhelming bouquet I understand this is a floral business and needs to be able to make a profit, but this is totally unacceptable and ruined the spirit of the gift. He paid $12 a stem for ranunculus which can be purchased for $8-10 for a bunch at ones local grocery store. Let this be a cautionary tail for anyone looking to part with their hard earned money in search for a floral gift.
