I am writing my review on behalf of my boyfriend…read more My boyfriend has a bmw 335i and in a stroke of bad luck got a flat tire AND locked his key in the trunk of his car this past friday night. After BMW Seattle got the key out of his trunk , he towed the car to Point S tire because they told him they could get the tire fixed and they had the wheel he needed ready to go. The car was supposed to arrive before the shop closed, however the bmw didn't get to Point S until after they closed. The till was closed, they had cleaned up and if I were in their shoes I would have waited to tomorrow to replace the tire. Not Point S! They opened the shop just for my boyfriend on a SATURDAY to help us out. Jeff and Sean, we can't thank you enough for turning a terrible weekend around for us. We use them for our oil changes as well and any maintenance we need for our cars and have never had issues. We highly recommend this shop for their work, integrity, and thoughtful employees!

Paid for an oil change, but got my car back with no oil. Coolant was empty. Brand new battery…read moresomehow drained. Fuse box lid with map is gone. Lids and tops weren't put back. Second opinion technicians diagnosed that their work ('done at point s')is in question. Questioning if the rest of the work I paid for was actually done now after an honest tech looked at it and showed me everything/explained everything. Not to mention the screws of my covers were missing. It is frustrating paying thousands to get my car back with details missing. So on top of paying for work to be done I also have to pay to fix things they didn't put back to keep the car nicely in one piece. Disrespectful shop. I highly recommend going somewhere more transparent honest and respectful. The men here seem to think they are well above women. One of those shops.

Costco Tire Center - Deeper scratches on front fender discovered after leaving Costco

Costco Tire Center

WARNING: Poor care, preventable scratches on new car, and a stonewalling management…read more I recently purchased Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires here, and while the online process was straightforward, every single in-person experience at the Seattle SODO Costco Tire Center has been a failure. First, scheduling was impossible; they do not answer the phone. When I finally got an appointment, the installation took over 3 hours. The real failure of care happened when I used the warranty for a tire repair. I brought in my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid (Calligraphy trim), checked in, and was given a wait time of 1 to 1.5 hours. Instead, I waited nearly 1.5 hours with no communication. After inquiring at the desk, I soon received a text saying my car was ready. I went back to the desk and the attendant still made me wait for my keys with zero verbal update. This indifference to customer care directly resulted in damage to my vehicle. When I got to the car, my immediate, rushed inspection (I was already running very late) revealed the light scratches on the rear passenger-side quarter panel and plastic wheel arch trim seen in the photo of the rear panel attached. It was frustrating, but I had to get on the road. It was only after I arrived at my destination and was able to properly inspect the vehicle that I realized the same carelessness had resulted in the much more obvious and deeper scratches on the front fender near the wheel arch and amber marker (see photo of the front fender). When I called management to report the issues, acknowledging my delay in reporting the second set of scratches, they completely stonewalled me. Their instant response was to hide behind a procedural technicality--that I didn't report it before driving off the lot. There is absolutely no way the technicians didn't notice the damage they were inflicting while working. This is a tire center that prioritizes volume over quality and simple care. The repair may have been 'free,' but the real cost was the value of my time and damage to my brand-new car. The warranty is worthless if they damage your property in the process and refuse to take any responsibility. Avoid this location.

Terrible. Waste of time. What a joke…read more I had a very slow leak in my tire. Car was bought new, 20K miles on it. It was a very slow leak, so I made an appointment and took it in for a patch. I got called two hours later that the found two clear punctures and a third slight slice but it's not puncturing. I asked them to just patch the two punctures, but they said they wouldn't because if they even see potential for another they have to drill it out and fully patch that too and they won't do three. So I just tell them to put it back on I'll go somewhere else, BUT, they say the can't because they've already drilled through the two punctures so essentially it'll go fully flat now. How ridiculous. Essentially you juts made the problem worse to try and sell me a tire that I don't need.
