Placed an order for 3 entrees. Delivery took more than an hour. When it arrived, all 3 orders were wrong. When we called, they told us they ran put of the needed ingredients but what they made was "close enough". Seriously? They didn't call to tell us this. One of the orders was something that could cause an allergic reaction. We were called liars, that to get a refund we would need to return the food with a doctor's note. They are operating out of Texas BBQ. I will never patronize them again.​ read more

The food is usually good. The problem is if you call in an order it's maybe 50-50 you get what you ordered. Then when it's delivered and you find out your orders wrong you'll be told you ordered wrong. Then you get hung up on. A shame that the owner seems to have no issue with this. Was really hoping for more from this pizza place. I was feeling lazy one workday and I decided to try out Yelp's pickup/delivery system on the Yelp app. I ordered a chicken marsala roll, chicken fingers and a tortellini soup, so I could have it for lunch and was covered for my dinner. It took about an hour and was going to be $15. They also have some lunch specials during the week which really seem to be the best bang for your buck and are less than $10. My food overall was just "OK." Soup was bland with tortellini and some spinach floating around. Nothing else. Alright, that's 2 stars and moving on... Marsala roll was super friggin hot but delicious. Size wise? I guess I was spoiled bc I've gotten them at other pizza places at twice the size for the same price. So overall 3.5 Chicken fingers, I was seriously expecting the norm, bowling alley type but these almost seemed homemade. Not bad, but small small small. More like oversized nuggets. Still good tho when I had them at dinner like the child I am. Idk, maybe the pizza is better? I would give them another shot. The yelp ordering off the app was convenient too. read more

Ordered a 1/2 margarita and buffalo pizza but got a margarita and BBQ pizza which was not a huge issue but the taste for both just wasn't there. They added sauce to the margarita pizza which is unnecessary since they are also used fresh tomatoes. The slices of tomato were cut too thick, this made the slice very heavy and sloppy. The crust was really good though. The sauce was watery and tasted like it was takes straight from a can not home made, which makes me not want to try the plain pie either. We also ordered buffalo wings and Teriyaki wings (which were breaded, which is fine). The buffalo wings were really good but the teriyaki just didn't taste right. I gave 2 stars basically for the crust and the buffalo wings. read more

This place is just not good. There is nothing italian about it. It's a typical Westchester style pizza joint that has well below average pizza and bad food. The chicken cutlet wedge was terrible; the chicken cutlet was pounded extremely thin (to about an 1\8 of an inch in thickness) and didn't even taste like chicken. It had the consistency of jerky. The sandwich was despicable to say the least. I've also had the pizza, which again is terrible. They do not use pizza dough and sauce and cheese lack flavor. The entrees are no better either. After a friend recommended a few dishes I gave this place one last shot and was again extremely disappointed. The marinara tastes like it came from a jar and was too salty. The salad tasted like it was from a bag and the dressings were nothing special. The chicken was again pounded way too thin and lacked flavor. Finally the eggplant was missing in the dish; it was just a breaded patty of nothing. I would not eat here. Ever! read more

We just had the ravioli and the linguini primavera, and loved both plates. We didn't tried the pizza.

First time trying, probably the last. Ordered a pasta dish in which the pasta was severely over cooked, under seasoned and just not very tasty. My soup had every type of pasta they had including spaghetti with a deep layer of grease on top. The cost was moderately low- $11 for the pasta and $4 for the soup but I would be willing to spend a couple dollars more for quality, ended up throwing away most of the meal. The delivery showed up within 45 mins and the food was hot, that's the best I can give them. Too bad after all the favorable reviews. read more

This is my favorite pizza in OSSINING! They have a great menu for other stuff but I LOVE their pizza. Whenever the wifey is out with the girls, it's pizza time for me and these guys are the hands down best. My last review was 2 years ago, so I thought I would update it a bit. The pizza remains our absolute favorite. I get the gluten free individual pizza with chicken, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes (and sometimes olives & mushrooms) and it is wonderful with a nice, thin crust. My husband gets the regular sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pie and he LOVES it. Take out dishes are delicious and we often order their entrees when we (he) doesn't feel like cooking. Salads are great - and large - as well. I know the place can get VERY busy, but we always pick up so we've never had a problem with an order that's gotten confused, as someone mentioned. But, to be fair, I have NEVER had a delivery from ANY restaurant around here that has NOT gotten screwed up in the delivery, which is why we always pick up. Staff is friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Prices are good and competitive. They have maintained their quality over time and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Still #1 for pizza for us! read more

And to top it all off, when I had called and there was a misunderstanding with what we ordered, the person I spoke to (who I assume was the owner) told me I was SOL. I didn't order this large meal and he told me I couldn't get my money back. When I told him that wasn't a good business strategy, telling customers that they're SOL and they can't help them, he got offended and told me that my family and I don't even order that much from them, so it doesn't matter if he loses my business. When I slammed the phone on him he proceeded to call my home phone number back and tell me to go f*** myself. I wouldn't order from them again if it were free. The food here is above average for a small Italian pizzeria/take out place. My only complaint is that on multiple occasions my order was incorrect. I will say that I mostly have the food delivered and it is almost always on time but frequently wrong. They may do better if you eat in. Because the food is so good, I continue to order from there and keep my fingers crossed. They are always apologetic and willing to send the right food out if you complain. Probably the worst pizza I've had since I was in high school and had to buy school lunch! Where do I start? Ordered a chicken bacon and ranch slice and when I came was more like a chicken parm slice with some bacon and ranch thrown in the mix. The plain slice was soggy and had really no crust to it. My 5 year old daughter said "daddy, why are we the only ones in here? Usually there's lots of people in restaurants! " I should've taken the hint for the very intuitive 5 year old! And what's with the no heat? Freezing cold in this place. We then proceeded to try to use the bathroom which was dark and very poorly lite and had no soap and toilet paper. My boyfriend and I had passed this place so many times on my way to college. We've always been meaning to go, but always forgot and ended up passing. Today, on this rainy day with nothing else to do, we decided to finally check it out and get pizza. I've got to say, this was by far the best pizza I've had in a while.
