However, this time the gel polish application wasn't perfect. Not painted evenly/spots were missed (check photos) but I'm alright with it because I didn't notice until I got home. FYI a Fill for Gel-X is the same price as a new set but I didn't have as much time today so I opted the Fill.

The nail tech did a poor job on cleaning my cuticles (clean cuticles are very important to me). I told her to fix it twice, to which after I was still unhappy with it. Then I asked for almond shaped nail, but she said my nails are too short for it and that coffin would be better. Coffin nail shape was not what I got. None of my nails matched in shape and some were crooked. The only thing I liked was the color that I chose: a red chrome (they also tried telling me there was no such thing as red chrome until I pulled out a photo to show them). Not even three days later, the chrome chipped off one nail and now I'm missing chrome on one nail. Not happy, don't think I'll return.

The man got in several fights with his staff in front of a full room of clients and hen proceeded to chase two clients down the street accusing them of not paying. To be honest I would have not even come back after being chased down the street. Fighting with a customer is absolutely unacceptable on any level and to then have a screaming match in front of other customers not once but 3 times, mortifying. I feel terrible for the staff who have to work for someone like this. Don't attempt to walk in or make an appointment, you'll sit for 2 hours.
