The man got in several fights with his staff in front of a full room of clients and hen proceeded to chase two clients down the street accusing them of not paying. To be honest I would have not even come back after being chased down the street. Fighting with a customer is absolutely unacceptable on any level and to then have a screaming match in front of other customers not once but 3 times, mortifying. I feel terrible for the staff who have to work for someone like this. Don't attempt to walk in or make an appointment, you'll sit for 2 hours.

They tried to figure out who wanted to do it and they passed me onto this very sweet girl. She started out with covering my hair with some type of greasy oil ( and it was at that moment I knew it wasn't going to go well) she then proceeded to curl the ends of my hair. The curls were nothing like I expected, I politely waited for her to finish and paid. My hair holds curls pretty well and after 15 minutes by the time I got home the curls were barely waves.
