My nail tech first put my feet into full tub of freezing cold water. Then she manhandled my feet, twisting my toes into uncomfortable position. She was super aggressive with cuticles as well, leaving me bleeding and my toes still stinging several hours later. She struggled cutting my toe nails after she filed them one was very crooked to which I asked her to fix it. She used callus remover on my cuticles. She was unaware that she kept hitting the chair remote on her side. The back of the chair kept coming forward and crushing me and at one point she moved the chair so far back my feet no longer reached the edge. Totally oblivious. She didn't know where the callus remover, top coat or bathroom were. I asked to add on a massage to which the front desk girl said she would check it she had time. I didn't get a massage and the nail place has cleared out and she has no clients so not sure why my request couldn't be accommodated. The pedi is fine but it's also supposed to be relaxing which it was not.
