Absolutely incredible massages. Went in today and had Kay (I believe that was her name) and it was the most thorough, fantastic massage I have ever had. Did a walk in and they got me in within 45 minutes for an hour deep tissue massage. Kay put hot stones and towels on me and it was to die for. She used a firm pressure and it is exactly what I have wanted from every other massage I have ever had (and I get one at least once a month throughout the US). Prices were fair for the quality. The spa was clean and relaxing- they place relaxing music and the whole experience was phenomenal. I would drive hours to see Kay again- 10/10 read more

I went for a massage (my first ever!) today at Blue Ocean Spa and I am very disappointed in the service I received. When I arrived I was told to go to room 5 and "get ready". Nobody showed me where to go. The man at reception simply pointed to the door. I let myself in and walked down the hallway to find room 5. I proceeded to find the light switch and shut the door. I began to get undressed and before I could cover myself, the masseuse, Esther, suddenly walked in. She didn't knock, she didn't announce herself, she didn't ask if I was ready, she just walked in. That was awkward but I let it slide and attempted to relax and enjoy the massage. Unfortunately, I didn't like Esther's technique at all. There was no flow to it and I didn't find it relaxing. That being said, I know someone else who does enjoy Esther's massages. So it may just be a matter of personal preference. I don't know if she was wearing a necklace or had some other object dangling that continuously tapped against my back but I found it very distracting. The whole experience was just not at all worth the money. At the end of the massage she told me that the person I came with had already paid. And then she said "so you only have to tip me". I was taken aback at her telling me I had to tip her but thought maybe it was just a language barrier issue. I wasn't dressed yet but still she just stood there with her hand out, obviously waiting for her tip. I got my bag and pulled out a $20 bill and handed it to her. She then handed it back and I asked her what's wrong. Esther said "You tip 20%. The massage was $120. I usually get $40. " I wish that I hadn't let her bully me into tipping more. But at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I'm embarrassed to admit that I gave her another $20 and left. So, a massage that I didn't even enjoy cost me $160 today. Just want to add that my daughter and her friends have been going to this spa for some time now and they are very happy with the massages they received from Dinorah and Helen. read more

Pleasantly surprised with this hole in a wall spa spot. Very clean.. good ambiance.. ample parking.. the one who did my massage was good, i especially liked it when she used something hot to massage on me which felt really relaxing...it was also easy to make an appointment.. also my husband accidentally left his Apple Watch and he was able to pick up l all good no problems at all.. However we booked for Swedish massage but we were charged for deep tissue massage but I just let it go..make sure when u book, u have to mention if u want a female masseuse. I recommend this place. My friend and I got Swedish massages here and had a great experience. The place feels very clean, and the ambiance is lovely. As far as Covid compliance goes, my masseuse wore a mask and I kept mine on for the part of the massage where I was face up (I was told it was optional but I felt better having it on). My only complaint is that the guy at the front desk tried really hard to sell us on a massage package (4 massages for the price of 3). I don't get massages enough to really benefit from such a package but I am looking forward to going again for my next one. $110 for an hour is pretty good for this area! read more

Unfortunately this is the only place me and my wife could find an appointment in the area and seems like for good reason. The therapists aren't trained professionals and both of us left thinking it was among the worst massages we've ever had. No rhythm or flow, just a plain rub down that wasn't relaxing at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, worst massage of my life. For $240 My boyfriend and I made an appointment for a couples, Swedish massage and there was absolutely nothing Swedish about it. I had the older gentlemen work on me and the massage began oddly with him touching my face weirdly. The music stopped playing not even 10minutes into the massage which left the vibe very odd and you could shear everything going on in the rest of the "spa", like a women's nails being chopped. Very unpleasant. The massage was so badly done, my massage began with me face up and when I was meant to be turned around the gentlemen struggled for over 15mins with the face rest and only worked on my back for 5mins. Then my massage was done. Worst experience of my life. My boyfriend had a similar take on the massage, horrible. Anyone even considering this place please do yourself a favor, do not go here find another spa or even better yet get a pedicure with a robotic massager, that would have been 100x better than this experience. read more

Jessie is an amazing and talented lash technician and comes highly recommended by many of my friends. With that being said, the day before Thanksgiving I developed a glue allergy and had to get immediate medical attention. When Paul (the manager) finally responded he offered to issue a partial refund for the service. From the time I accepted he became evasive and nonsensical. I was finally able to give him the card number and waited all day for the refund. The following day he had unlimited excuses, he didn't see the right amount charged, he didn't see the right time, finally he said he saw the charge and the time but not the right card. I sent proof of the the bank charge and had him on the phone with my bank saying they also had proof of the charge. He is still insisting for "security purposes" he cannot issue a refund because the card number doesn't match what he has, which seems to be a complete farce. read more

My wife usually has Joy do her massages and is always very happy with her. This place is an absolute SCAM. I get my eye lashes done regularly in Boston, but was vacationing in the Hamptons and needed a desperate need of a fill. I called Blue Ocean to check pricing and they quoted me at $70 for a two week fill. When it came time to pay after my appointment they told me it was $120 because I was a "new client." I told them that if I had known that price I would have gone elsewhere. We agreed upon $90.... Well, when opened my credit card statement they charged me $110, even though that is NOT what I signed on my receipt. Unfortunate it is such a scam because I did like the service. read more

I was very happy upon entering blue ocean spa.... The ambience is very nice and peaceful. My massage therapist was very good, and my facial was excellent. I came out feeling like a new woman. I thought the prices were fair, as I've tried two other spas, both a little less expensive but not nearly as good in anyway. I ended up buying a package. I went with a group of girls for a birthday gift. We all booked reflexology and Swedish massages. The gentleman that did my reflexology started with moderate pressure and just got harder and harder. Then we went onto the massage room where he started the massage. It was so hard and painful i was jumping for most of it. Every time I told him it was too hard it got harder. Ive never had such an uncomfortable massage. We filled out paperwork when we started and I stated gentle massage requested. I don't think that was read. I also don't believe some of the massage employees understand english very well. After coming out of the room i spoke with others in the party who also stated it was very rough. I was with the party that Lauren mentions in her reviews. My massage was complete chinese torture. The woman who did mine made me see stars. I never experienced such pain from a massage or for that matter in my life. My temples and head were squeezed so hard I thought my eyes would pop out. My chest was pushed on so hard I thought she was practicing CPR on me. I am one not to complain so dealt with the pain to the point of nearly passing out. When a massage is done well the hour you book goes so fast, the massage I was given couldnt end fast enough. I think my final results is now TMJ..since i clenched my teeth for the entire hour. However the place is very pretty and has a great presentation, however I am wondering were these people really massage therapist or just ordinary workers with no clue on how to give a proper massage. Out of the four of us who went 2 enjoyed it and 2 left there banged up, bruised, humiliated. The male massager pulled blankets off Lauren leaving her totally exposed, embarrashed and scare of what he had planned next for her. In short the owner better find more experienced workers who aim to please...not aim to squeeze. Totally awful. Would love sending a secret shopper to that place. Never again. read more

Booked a last minute spa package. "2 hour siesta" included a 60 minute European Facial and a 60 minute deep tissue massage for $165. When I arrived I was greeted warmly at desk and my facialist "Jessie" came out to greet me and bring me to treatment room. She was very nice and gentle, everything was very clean and a nice environment. She talked me into adding on a masque for an extra $30, which was fine. She did an excellent facial, including a steam treatment and massage. She then gave me a robe and took me down the hall to another treatment room for my massage. I was introduced to David, we had a short conversation about my problem areas and any other concerns I had. He left so I could disrobe and prepare for the massage. I then heard another client who was in another treatment room yell at him- about us talking!! She said "if SHE is going to talk like that during MY massage there is going to be a BIG problem. Uh, okay lady. Never mind that I heard her come in during my facial, talk to her massage therapist, use the bathroom etc. Not a problem. It is very loud in there. Walls are thin. ITS THE BRIDGEHAMPTON COMMONS!! Calm down. They do have music on, but maybe they should play it a little louder? I let it go and very much enjoyed my massage with David. I will definitely return and would recommend Blue Ocean to anyone. read more
