Just had the weirdest experience here. I usually LOVE this place. Today I arrived on the dot of…read more3:00 for my 90 mins massage. I paid right away, as I am always asked to do, and then I got settled on the bed. The massage was decent at first... until suddenly the entire staff began arguing at peak volume. There were 3 other customers trying to enjoy services. I had to ask not once but three times for them to stop yelling at each other. It went on for almost the rest of my massage which was about 30 mins. Due to the staff infighting my massage therapist became distracted and began what I can only describe as "petting" for the remainder of the massage. Too busy talking to actually give the massage. That was only the beginning. When my massage ended I sat up with a strange knowing...it was too early. I looked at my phone and sure enough, it was only 4:24. I realize 6 minutes is a not a long time, but 90 mins is 90 mins. I have never had someone stop early to prepare for the next client. My masseuse argued that he needed to stop early because there was someone waiting. Sorry, but that's not how it works. Don't sell a 90 minute massage if you don't intend on providing 90 minutes of service. Then, to make matters even worse, the man at the front desk asked for my credit card claiming he needed to charge me. Confused, I explained that I had already paid. I actually pulled up my banking app in order to show him the charge from when I had first walked in. He said "look it says 'pending', that means we didn't charge you!" Clearly this man has never used a credit card processing machine before. I refuse to give him my card as I explained to him that he had, in fact, already charged me. He said "well, we will just charge you tomorrow". Then hell you will, sir. Typically there is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy working the front desk (the manager) and I'm sure this would not have happened had he been there but it certainly left me with a creepy feeling. I did speak to the manager who was off site on this day. He apologized for the experience and credited me $10 for the lost time. Oddly enough, the front desk person still continued to ask for payment as I was leaving. I will be back as I believe this was a one-off. And I commend the manger for addressing it with me over the phone. Still, super weird trip to Happy Feet.

I called ahead and they were able to fit me in within 40 minutes, which I really appreciated. You can't see in from the window of this location, so walking in I didn't really know what to expect. Once you enter, it's a very calming vibe. The place is clean, low lit and welcoming. I was guided into the back room, undressed and laid on the table for my massage. My masseuse was communicative and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was right, that she wasn't going too hard. She really hit every pressure point, incorporated some hot stones and a hot towel at the end. I enjoyed my experience thoroughly here and felt like a new person once the massage was done. Fastest hour of my life. The massage was $70 minus tip which I made sure to give a little over 20% for because it was so good. I would recommend this place for sure!

To say I am pleased with my experience here is an understatement…read more I've been learning to heal and sit with my mental health for 4 years now and as I've had to pause my talk therapy, I've been searching for other ways to combat the anxiety and depression I've been feeling. Thankfully I was (and currently still am!) in phenomenal hands with Kim as my acupuncturist. She listens and hears me with what I'm coming in with because sometimes it's not always the same problems. It could be menstrual issues, it could even be back pain as well. Tying in different points to treat multiple things at once, and it's so gentle I never have to worry about needles or the placements at all! Thankfully I'm not very fearful of needles, and of course I had my reservations at first as everyone does because it's something new and scary at first, but she showed how thin it was and again: minimal to no pain. Minimal could be due to anticipation or the energy the point gives off, it's actually a super cool sensation! After that it basically feels like a nap, or if it's during a time I come in with hyper awareness to my feelings, it's a good moment to sit with what I'm feeling and focus on my breathing. The waves of fear/anxiety or energy shifts with in you feel similar to me so one of the biggest things about acupuncture that I learned to love about it is specifically that: learn to sit with your discomfort because it cannot take power over you. I'm grateful to have treatments with Kimberly to offset the days I cannot see my therapist because it still gives me an opportunity to make the day for myself and to treat and heal myself in other ways. Not only with acupuncture, but also with nutrition as well! Her knowledge and incorporating nutrition with her treatments is very good information to take with you and see for yourself how better you feel when you know what's going in your body and if certain things need adjusting or replacing with something else that serves you better. (Also water. Water is super important and reminders to hydrate are great and welcomed in my book!) I'm continuing my treatments here and very much recommend Kimberly as an acupuncturist because she just knows where to go! Even if you think something can't be helped by acupuncture, ask! It's amazing to me how much it can help with so many things so please communicate it because it could help you with something you're dealing with, and other than that it's just a relaxing time all around!
