Subtracted one star just cause the masseur tried to NOT do feet after I asked multiple times "don't forget the feet at the end. Skip my arms if you've got to." He had no English comprehension at all. Also I arrived just as they were opening, it's winter, the place was chilly & it took a long time to warm up in there. At first he offered me a damp towel. I said 'hey no this is damp, are you nuts? It's cold in here! at least give me a dry towel.' Otherwise all great! An affordable price, great deep tissue massage, sorted out my janked up back & hips. I had to ask for less pressure here & there; I'm usually asking for more. I was desperate for a massage and happened to be there when they opened just grateful it worked out. Bring cash for tips!

What really tainted my experience was checking out. I got the back and foot massage for what I thought was supposed to be 55$ but ended up being 65$ instead, which is fine except i didn't know I was also going to be charged 3$ bc I had oil used during my massage and apparently you have to give them a 10$ tip?! Originally I was going to give 5$ and the front desk clerk said I needed to give 10$ instead, to which I did since I did like my technician, but it's terrible to ask for MORE tip. Definitely NOT coming back :)

I called ahead and they were able to fit me in within 40 minutes, which I really appreciated. You can't see in from the window of this location, so walking in I didn't really know what to expect. Once you enter, it's a very calming vibe. The place is clean, low lit and welcoming. I was guided into the back room, undressed and laid on the table for my massage. My masseuse was communicative and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was right, that she wasn't going too hard. She really hit every pressure point, incorporated some hot stones and a hot towel at the end. I enjoyed my experience thoroughly here and felt like a new person once the massage was done. Fastest hour of my life. The massage was $70 minus tip which I made sure to give a little over 20% for because it was so good. I would recommend this place for sure!

Just had the weirdest experience here. I usually LOVE this place. Today I arrived on the dot of…read more3:00 for my 90 mins massage. I paid right away, as I am always asked to do, and then I got settled on the bed. The massage was decent at first... until suddenly the entire staff began arguing at peak volume. There were 3 other customers trying to enjoy services. I had to ask not once but three times for them to stop yelling at each other. It went on for almost the rest of my massage which was about 30 mins. Due to the staff infighting my massage therapist became distracted and began what I can only describe as "petting" for the remainder of the massage. Too busy talking to actually give the massage. That was only the beginning. When my massage ended I sat up with a strange knowing...it was too early. I looked at my phone and sure enough, it was only 4:24. I realize 6 minutes is a not a long time, but 90 mins is 90 mins. I have never had someone stop early to prepare for the next client. My masseuse argued that he needed to stop early because there was someone waiting. Sorry, but that's not how it works. Don't sell a 90 minute massage if you don't intend on providing 90 minutes of service. Then, to make matters even worse, the man at the front desk asked for my credit card claiming he needed to charge me. Confused, I explained that I had already paid. I actually pulled up my banking app in order to show him the charge from when I had first walked in. He said "look it says 'pending', that means we didn't charge you!" Clearly this man has never used a credit card processing machine before. I refuse to give him my card as I explained to him that he had, in fact, already charged me. He said "well, we will just charge you tomorrow". Then hell you will, sir. Typically there is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy working the front desk (the manager) and I'm sure this would not have happened had he been there but it certainly left me with a creepy feeling. I did speak to the manager who was off site on this day. He apologized for the experience and credited me $10 for the lost time. Oddly enough, the front desk person still continued to ask for payment as I was leaving. I will be back as I believe this was a one-off. And I commend the manger for addressing it with me over the phone. Still, super weird trip to Happy Feet.
