    The best spa in The North Fork. I go for facials within Charlene and Tara. Amazing massages and also love the sauna. 5 Stars.

    I'm not one to comment on Yelp, but Lindsay's massage was amazing. Super relaxing. Over the top good! I highly recommend her.

    Had Cathy for an essential massage was amazing! Had Tara for a facial it was also amazing! Feeling refreshed & highly recommend Blue Sage!

    Disappointing Experience After 4 Years of Loyalty…read more I've been going to Nails by Vivian for over four years. My mom and I were both regulars, and we always had a good experience with Vivian herself. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences changed that completely. In May, I got Gel X nails for my graduation. I showed a photo of exactly what I wanted, but the result was way off. I left disappointed but didn't say anything at the time out of respect for the long-standing relationship. After showing the nails to several friends who confirmed it was a bad job, I called to share my feedback. I had paid \$75 and ended up spending another \$60 to have them redone elsewhere. Vivian was understanding and told me she would "take care of" my next visit. That visit was today--and it ended my relationship with this salon. Vivian was out of town, and her husband took over my appointment. Although he told me the salon was fully booked, it was nearly empty when I arrived early. He took me right away, but from the moment I sat down, I felt rushed. He kept pressing me to choose a color--something they've always known I take my time with. After trying one color and not liking it, I went to choose another, and he snapped, "You still haven't picked a color?" Then added he had other customers coming--as if I wasn't one. Keep in mind, I was there to fix a \$75 set that I had already paid for and was unhappy with. When I asked for chrome powder, he got visibly annoyed and said, "What does she want now?" The tech explained, and he told me it would cost extra. I gave up and just asked her to finish with regular polish. When I asked if we were all set, he told the tech I was paid for. I walked to my car to grab cash to tip the tech, and as I was leaving, he called out, "What, no tip?" I told him I was getting cash, but the comment was incredibly rude and uncalled for--especially for a correction visit. I tipped the tech and left, knowing I'd never return. After four years of loyalty, I expected to be treated with basic respect. This experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and completely disappointing. I can no longer recommend this salon.

As if the…read moredried out polish and the flies and wasp buzzing throughout weren't bad enough, the owner was extremely hostile to me, my friend and our three young daughters (5, 6 and 6) in what should have been a most special memory. Her agitation began when my daughter reached for a nail polish when choosing a color. She snapped to me to help her which I was happy to do but had been helping my other daughter. The mani/pedi were uneventful with two customers mentioning how well behaved they were, "like princesses". While my treatment was being finished, our youngest was slowly spinning the nail polish rack and occasionally lifting colors. This didn't strike me as problematic. When their voices got loud, we reminded them we were in a salon and they needed to be respectful and stay in their seats. They weren't perfect but in terms of kid's behavior, we were proud of them. When paying the bill, the owner began to lecture my friend to say our children were not behaved and had mixed her colors on the rack creating work. As I went to tip she sighed and rolled her eyes. I mentioned that I understood that she had an issue with the kid's behavior and I was surprised and disappointed. She then repeated the same complaints in a loud and frustrated voice and said with exasperation that we do not parent appropriately. I asked to speak to the owner only to learn this was the owner. I then said to her that if this was her position I do not think it advisable for her to offer this service (by the way, she charged $40 per kid so definitely highest end of market). I also said I found her remarks to be both inappropriate and rude. She then said- that's fine, I have many loyal customers, they will keep coming to me. As I said to her, I truly cannot imagine how she is in business or will remain so. She proceeded to ask the people in the salon if they agreed with her as her loyal clients. A big guy who had been taking selfies throughout proceeded to say that it became my issue bc I had continued to engage. My daughters thanked her despite this and then we rushed out as the oldest began to cry because this woman "didn't like her". I gave up and threw my shoes on so ironically will be getting a polish change due to smeared nails bc she didn't wait for me to dry to give me this treat. Pics of my two kids before we were berated.

She went over the different types of facials that she offers and explained the benefits of each one. My main concern was to even out my skin tone from acne scars and clean out my pores, so we ended up going with the Microdermabrasion facial. I will admit that even after the consultation I was still nervous. I knew that there would be buffing involved and was very scared that it would hurt and my skin would look raw! But boy was I wrong. Claudette was very gentle and took her time, making sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Within minutes I was completely relaxed and forgot that I was ever worried about anything. My skin looked absolutely beautiful afterwards and felt softer than it ever has before. I definitely recommend trying her out - especially if you've never gotten a facial before. Claudette will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole way through! I will be returning to try out some of the other facials and services that she offers! Thank you Claudette!!
