I was immediately met with a cold, condescending attitude from the lady who was doing my pedicure. She embarrassed me in front of other patrons by announcing that I had polish on my nails that needed to be removed and she would not have time for the pedicure I scheduled. This has never been the case anywhere else I have gone for pedicures- I was shocked by her comments and didn't appreciate being spoken to in this manner, most especially in front of other customers. Secondly, I was not allowed to use a Spa 27 gift card, since my appointment was booked on line with my credit card. Receptionist was rude and not willing to help with this. Unfortunately, my visit to Spa 27 was unpleasant. I will not recommend nor will I return. read more

Spa 27 is a treasure - reasonably priced, 5 mins from my house and for the first time since the pandemic broke out, the first place I got a post-vaccine massage. Clean, well staffed and they do great work both with typical nail services and their massage offerings. Highly recommended! read more

This was such a great spa experience during COVID. I came in today for a pedicure and was really pleasantly surprised by the precautions they were taking. They take your temperature when you arrive and ask you to use hand sanitizer. They have the pedicure tubs lined with single use plastic. There are plexiglass dividers everywhere and they adequately space out where people are seated. The technicians are all wearing gloves, masks, and face shields. The entire place was very clean and the chairs were very comfortable and new looking. They also did a great job with my pedicure. It was thorough, and they did not hurt me at all. The finished product looks very nice. read more

I get my nails done weekly and pedicure every 3 weeks. Always happy. I've had facials and massages that were also excellent. My favorite service is the Farinfared fat burning service. I got excellent results and can't wait to use it again this summer. read more

Had high hopes based on the numerous positive reviews but my experience was not a good one. To start, my technician asked what shape I wanted my nails and I told her and she started filing them failing to notice that they were not s the same length. I had to ask her to please cut them so they are all the same length. She asked if she could cut my cuticles and I said that was fine but they were cut way too short so they stung when my hands were sprayed with the antiseptic. I dried for a bit, put my drops on my nails and then went to dry again. Unfortunately, I smudged one of my nails getting my keys out and I asked the front desk if I could get it fixed so I was sent to the back and the woman who did my nails was not there so someone got her from the back and she was clearly very annoyed saying that her customer was there. Rather than wiping my nail clean, she took the polish, which I brought, out of my ziplock and proceeded to put 2-3 coats on top of the smudge so now I've got 6-7 coats on my nail which was gobbed on top of the drying drops I had. What could possibly go wrong, right? I sat under the dryer for several minutes without moving and when I went to look it looked worse than it did after the original smudge. She came to check on me and I showed her the issue and asked if she could please wipe it clean and start over. Again, very annoyed, she told me she can't because she has her customer. I asked if someone else could help and she said everyone was busy so I told her to just forget it. On my way out a minute or so later, she was up at the front desk clearly talking about me with the receptionist. In all of the time taken gobbing an additional three coats of polish on, carrying on about her customer and then talking about me to the receptionist, the problem could have been corrected. I will not be returning. The two, versus one, star review is for the cleaning and safety measures they have in place. Everything was cleaned thoroughly after each customer which was nice to see but I'll still spend my money elsewhere. read more

I had an okay experience while at the spa aside from gasping at the price tag. Unfortunately, the very next day BOTH of my big toes starting doing the thing where the polish starts to slowly (in this case, not slowly) go away. For a $40 pedicure, I was EXTREMELY unhappy and disappointed. I will spread the news that this place is overpriced and bad quality. read more

My mom and I came in yesterday for 90 minute massages. She had tried a mani pedi a few weeks back and we both needed massages, so figured we would give it a shot having not found anywhere particularly noteworthy for massages in East Hampton. I had Albin for my massage and can say quite definitively this was the best massage I have ever had. He asked specific questions before the massage about my trouble areas, inquiring about my recent surgery and recovery. He knows exactly how to work each and every muscle because today I feel so much better and walking is easier than it has been in months. He did a phenomenal deep tissue- it was painful at the "right" times but also relaxing and I feel like a jellyfish now! I am so thrilled to have found spa 27 and Albin and will be returning every time I'm in town- which is going to be way more frequent now that I know it's the best massages on the east coast!!!! read more

I am in the middle of Lipo Melt and can't say enough how great the results are already.
