Very very relaxed atmosphere with spa tranquility Mani/pedi good; will see over next few days how it holds up Everyone friendly and WEARING MASKS thankfully read more

I was immediately met with a cold, condescending attitude from the lady who was doing my pedicure. She embarrassed me in front of other patrons by announcing that I had polish on my nails that needed to be removed and she would not have time for the pedicure I scheduled. This has never been the case anywhere else I have gone for pedicures- I was shocked by her comments and didn't appreciate being spoken to in this manner, most especially in front of other customers. Secondly, I was not allowed to use a Spa 27 gift card, since my appointment was booked on line with my credit card. Receptionist was rude and not willing to help with this. Unfortunately, my visit to Spa 27 was unpleasant. I will not recommend nor will I return. read more

This is my go-to spa when we are in town. They offer many services and they have a great team of pros working there.

Spa 27 is a treasure - reasonably priced, 5 mins from my house and for the first time since the pandemic broke out, the first place I got a post-vaccine massage. Clean, well staffed and they do great work both with typical nail services and their massage offerings. Highly recommended! read more

Great massages. The place is clean and bright, they also do nails and waxing. The location is weird but it's a great value in the Hamptons. read more

I was very satisfied with the care and patience that I received . I would definitely recommend spa 27.

This was such a great spa experience during COVID. I came in today for a pedicure and was really pleasantly surprised by the precautions they were taking. They take your temperature when you arrive and ask you to use hand sanitizer. They have the pedicure tubs lined with single use plastic. There are plexiglass dividers everywhere and they adequately space out where people are seated. The technicians are all wearing gloves, masks, and face shields. The entire place was very clean and the chairs were very comfortable and new looking. They also did a great job with my pedicure. It was thorough, and they did not hurt me at all. The finished product looks very nice. read more

Went with a large group of girls for a bachelorette weekend. Had an amazing experience. Great massages, incredible facial treatment, and really good spa pedicures. We all started and finished at the same time too which worked out wonderfully, and the staff was incredibly accommodating when booking and adding appointments during the planning process. read more

I get my nails done weekly and pedicure every 3 weeks. Always happy. I've had facials and massages that were also excellent. My favorite service is the Farinfared fat burning service. I got excellent results and can't wait to use it again this summer. read more

Love Spa 27! Such a peaceful and clean spa, have been regularly coming for mani, pedi and brow waxes and have had only positive experiences. So glad to have them in East Hampton! read more

Had high hopes based on the numerous positive reviews but my experience was not a good one. To start, my technician asked what shape I wanted my nails and I told her and she started filing them failing to notice that they were not s the same length. I had to ask her to please cut them so they are all the same length. She asked if she could cut my cuticles and I said that was fine but they were cut way too short so they stung when my hands were sprayed with the antiseptic. I dried for a bit, put my drops on my nails and then went to dry again. Unfortunately, I smudged one of my nails getting my keys out and I asked the front desk if I could get it fixed so I was sent to the back and the woman who did my nails was not there so someone got her from the back and she was clearly very annoyed saying that her customer was there. Rather than wiping my nail clean, she took the polish, which I brought, out of my ziplock and proceeded to put 2-3 coats on top of the smudge so now I've got 6-7 coats on my nail which was gobbed on top of the drying drops I had. What could possibly go wrong, right? I sat under the dryer for several minutes without moving and when I went to look it looked worse than it did after the original smudge. She came to check on me and I showed her the issue and asked if she could please wipe it clean and start over. Again, very annoyed, she told me she can't because she has her customer. I asked if someone else could help and she said everyone was busy so I told her to just forget it. On my way out a minute or so later, she was up at the front desk clearly talking about me with the receptionist. In all of the time taken gobbing an additional three coats of polish on, carrying on about her customer and then talking about me to the receptionist, the problem could have been corrected. I will not be returning. The two, versus one, star review is for the cleaning and safety measures they have in place. Everything was cleaned thoroughly after each customer which was nice to see but I'll still spend my money elsewhere. read more

Olga is incredible. She always takes such good care of me. I absolutely love this place. It's a hidden gem.

I had an okay experience while at the spa aside from gasping at the price tag. Unfortunately, the very next day BOTH of my big toes starting doing the thing where the polish starts to slowly (in this case, not slowly) go away. For a $40 pedicure, I was EXTREMELY unhappy and disappointed. I will spread the news that this place is overpriced and bad quality. read more

Best massage ever...better than all the fancy resort spas I've been to! And Spa 27 does great waxing and manis/pedis....really top notch!

Spa 27 just keeps getting better and better! I had one of the best Facials in years, with the most caring aesthetician, Olga! She is amazing and I have already booked for next month! I also want to say that Anita and Albin are the most professional and caring owners and are doing everything possible to keep us all safe during these trying times. Every evening, the entire Spa is treated with an Ozone (hospital grade) treatment that kills all viruses and germs, no other local Spa makes me feel this safe and cared for... MY LOCAL PLACE TO GO TO FORGET MY WOES! read more

I have been a customer here since the opening. This is a well-run, immaculately clean salon and I enjoy spending time here. Congratulations to Anita - her hard work has resulted in Spa 27 staying open in spite of covid and continuing to be successful. read more

Spa 27 is fabulous. I went in for a spa day, the whole enchilada, massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. The masseuse found every problem spot on my body and expertly released them. The facial was perfect and my skin feels so smooth and moist. I highly recommend Spa 27. It is a well run, friendly, conveniently located haven available to you in East Hampton. read more

I had a very good Swedish massage. A very clean well-run spa.

10stars! Best massage ever! The nicest people. Exceptionally clean and professional!!

I have been going to Anita for more years than I can remember and I always leave happy, relaxed and pampered. This is a lovely spa which is very clean. The staff is always respectful and excellent at what they do. Mani and pedi sometimes last longer than I expected, massages with Joan are heaven and I will never go any where else for waxing. read more

i had a one hour massage with Leidi and it was terrific. She did exactly what I instructed her to do, worked deep-tissue very well.

My mom and I came in yesterday for 90 minute massages. She had tried a mani pedi a few weeks back and we both needed massages, so figured we would give it a shot having not found anywhere particularly noteworthy for massages in East Hampton. I had Albin for my massage and can say quite definitively this was the best massage I have ever had. He asked specific questions before the massage about my trouble areas, inquiring about my recent surgery and recovery. He knows exactly how to work each and every muscle because today I feel so much better and walking is easier than it has been in months. He did a phenomenal deep tissue- it was painful at the "right" times but also relaxing and I feel like a jellyfish now! I am so thrilled to have found spa 27 and Albin and will be returning every time I'm in town- which is going to be way more frequent now that I know it's the best massages on the east coast!!!! read more

Excellent manicure! One of the best I've ever had. Wish I asked for the manicurist name to rebook. Not only was she so thorough and perfect, the vibe is so soothing and spa like. A beautiful respite from the craziness of the HAMPTONS. read more

I am in the middle of Lipo Melt and can't say enough how great the results are already. After 4 sessions I already lost 3" on every body part, leg, arm waist, etc. I can't wait to be measured after the 8th session to see even better outcomes. Spa 27 is clean and professional and recommend them for this procedure. I will be back after the 8th session with new results. read more
