Hair cut (and my hair isn't easy to cut thick and allot of hair) came out perfect. Aveda products chosen to compliment my hair type were perfect and I have been getting compliments all day. He says that's how he does it. Honestly I shouldn't care about hurting anyone's feelings, but I felt like I was offending him. He did the exact opposite. Cut my bangs off. Chopped them like I was a 5 year old. A nice other stylist tried to fix but everyone's answer was that I needed to wait for it to grow. In a matter of minutes my bangs were destroyed. I was crying and I felt like the manager or owner was annoyed at me. I explained I have zero eyebrows and I explained this on the phone, before and during the appt. I explained I wanted a TINY TRIM. Luckily for me, Claudette was very kind and patient. She went over the different types of facials that she offers and explained the benefits of each one. My main concern was to even out my skin tone from acne scars and clean out my pores, so we ended up going with the Microdermabrasion facial. I will admit that even after the consultation I was still nervous. I knew that there would be buffing involved and was very scared that it would hurt and my skin would look raw! But boy was I wrong. Claudette was very gentle and took her time, making sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Within minutes I was completely relaxed and forgot that I was ever worried about anything.
