Had the best manicure here today with Luli. She did such a nice job and was so nice to talk with. I will definitely come back.

The Endz Salon - After second bleach

Spending hours in a salon chair is never my idea of a good time but it's a process and with what I…read morewanted I knew it would take some time. I am a brunette naturally and I've been blonde for the past 7 months or so. I've never had any issue with brassiness, my hair lifts rather easily. Me and my friend went in on time for our scheduled appointment and sat for probably around 15 minutes while the hairdresser (there was only one) finished up on a client. When it came time to sit down we discussed how I wanted to be a slightly brighter blonde which in essence just meant I wanted my root bleached and toned to match the rest of my hair because it had grown out a fair amount. I showed her a few reference pictures and it began. The hairstylist mixed the bleach and applied it directly to my scalp with a bottle which I'm not accustomed to but it started getting bad when the bleach started burning my head which I've never experienced before, she ended up having to wash it out after 20 minutes because of how uncomfortable it was. The end product (I'm including photos of the whole process) ended up being the crown of my head a bright brassy orange color with streaks in it. I made it clear that I wasn't happy with it and she was very kind and offered to do a balayage to break up the brassiness. After processing it and washing my hair for the second time I was left with bright blonde streaks and the crown of my head still left completely orange. I was mortified, my hair now felt stringy as it had been processed twice already. She then assured me she could fix it by doing some foils in the root to take away the brassiness that was still clearly visible. In hindsight I should have gotten up and paid there and then left to prevent further damage to my hair but I was trusting that with her "20+" years of experience it could still be salvaged. She then went in with foils, let it develop and washed my hair for the third time at which point I was extremely upset to see that not only was my hair more damaged it was also still orange and possibly streakier than before. She had another appointment come in at the same time and the girl was left sitting in the chair while she took me back to the bowl again to apply a toner to do a shadow root so I didn't leave with orange streaks. She applied the toner, didn't leave it in and washed it out. at this point I was extremely upset. My friend and I had been sitting in the salon for 4 hours at this point and my hair had only gotten worse. She asked to blow dry a strand but I told her it was pointless because you could see the brassiness clearly in the light and even if it got lighter it would still be orange. I told her and my friend that I just wanted to go home, she proceeded to tell me to come back on Wednesday to get it fixed which I declined. She then asked me to only pay for materials which I pulled out money to do. At this point I was close to tears and she hastily said she "couldn't deal with tears" , walked away and continued to talk to me while working out her other client. thankfully I did not end up having to pay for anything after it was over, I left and went home. After attempting to blow dry my now straw stiff over processed hair with orange streaks I decided to leave this review. This will probably cost hundreds of dollars to fix and my hair is irreparably damaged. My strands are over processed and when it grows out I'll be left with dark orange banding at the crown of my

Since I live in NYC, I…read moredidn't know the area well and desperately needed to find a hair and makeup place for the big day. I came across The Salon and Day Spa and decided to do a test run in over the summer with my now mother in law. We were so pleased with the trial for our hair and loved how amazing our makeup turned out. I booked them immediately to help with my big day. Needless to say I was beyond ecstatic at how great my bridesmaids, mother and mother in law looked. Everyone had a great time getting ready - we were allowed to bring in bagels and mimosas while all 12 of us of got ready. I am drawing a blank on the name of the woman who did my hair, but I was told she was the best for up-dos. My hair was flawless and I didn't have any issues for the entire day! It was so intact it was perfectly in place the next day :) Elena did my makeup and one of the best compliments my now husband gave me the day of our wedding was how natural I looked - he was worried I was not going to look like myself. Elena went above and beyond and even came over to the venue before our ceremony started to touch everyone up. I was so pleased with everyone I worked with and recommend for others to check this spot out! It was a great experience!

I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and my daughter had acrylics removed, gel manicure and a french pedicure. The salon was very clean, the nail techs were friendly, and the music was pleasant/low volume. It was a little expensive ($225 for both of us) but I knew it would cost more out here. Got the job done and I'll definitely be back again this summer

While we waited 10+ minutes for the manicurist to actually show up for our appointment, we wound up having to explain to the one manicurist there how to remove the OPI gel currently on our nails. (Forgive me, but isn't that nail salon 101?!) Instead, they decided that we should just soak our nails in BOWL of straight up acetone for the entire length of our pedicure. (Pretty sure our skin is still burning and our fingers are still flammable days later.) The pedicure itself was fine -- the polish came out OK but the foot massage was lackluster and there were flies that flew around us all the while. As for the manicure, WE scraped off the gel remnants ourselves before they started on our nails. Again, the polish was fine but they definitely could have done a better job painting to the edges and removing the last bits of gel. The kicker came when we went to pay. They had the gall to charge us $73 for a basic manicure/pedicure and proceeded to mock us loudly when we questioned why it was so expensive. All that to say, NEVER going back there again.

The nail services come out great every time. The way the spa is decorated is beyond relaxing. Hanging terrariums, full ocean view, and a true beachy feel inside. Highly recommend. I'm typically anti shellac but with a work trip coming up and knowing that I'd be picking at my nails all week, I did it. Maja was meticulous and my nails were so perfect. I like my nails super short and wanted a French that looked natural. She had no problem and made them look amazing and natural! They lasted over two weeks and were better than the other places I've tried shellac on the mainland.

We booked appointments a year in advance to accommodate 13 people on the day of my cousins wedding but the stylist showed up an hour and a half late and did not even get through all of the paid for appointments. We were unable to get pictures before the wedding because of their tardiness! Multiple people even got their hair redone because of the lack of satisfaction with the job done. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with the salon to get refunded for the appointments that they did not get to but have never heard back. We left messages and voicemails all to no avail. We all, collectively, do NOT recommend anyone to go to this salon. If you do.. best of luck!
