I use to love going to this place when Jas was working there. Within the last two months, I found out Jas no longer works there. Decided to try a different lash tech and on 2 different occasions, clumps came out. I informed them the second time about the clumps and they assured me it wouldn't happen since they are INDIVIDUAL lashes. It happened a week after getting them done. NEVER AGAIN ! Came here with a friend and we each had a Groupon. I had the Groupon for eyebrow threading and she had the eyebrow tinting. When it was time to redeem the voucher a woman came out saying we couldn't share the voucher. Meaning the 2 eyebrow tint we had couldn't be used for 2 different ppl which was odd. Today I decided to get eyelashes and decided to try out this neighborhood spot recommended by my friend and neighbor. When I first dropped in, without an appointment, I had a woman and was very concerned because she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. As it would happen, I had to leave for a meeting but made an appointment to come back at 5pm. I'm so glad I did!!!!! When I returned Debi was assigned to me and she was EXCELLENT!!!!! As someone who isn't very familiar with lashes she helped determine what would look great on me and she was right! I loved the mink lashes and she gave me two spools to help maintain them and advised I not wet them for 24 hours. We'll see how long they last but I'll be back in two weeks. I forgot to ask her how much are the fillers but today cost $75. Didn't think to check Groupon as I've read but really appreciate great service. read more

What a disgusting service I was provide. I walked in and i got a chocolate wax and I usually go to Sumi but she isn't there anymore. when she left I should have left this disgusting place too. i got there and the clueless lady starts up charging me for services that are included in a Brazilian wax service which mean EVERYTHING is waxed. Red flag number 1 the lady was done with my wax in the matter of at least 5 mins (even my sister thought it was too fast me as well) then I look down and MY ENTIRE BIKINI LINE AREAS ARE STILL NOT WAXED ONLY THE POOCH (wasn't even done good at all) so I have a semi bald pooch and hairy bikini lines (and under my tummy had hair as well. Would you believe this u know what was like that's extra...... so I'm looking at her and say I come here once a month and have never had to pay extra (paying extra wasn't the problem I've done it before) but the problem was I know what I'm entitled to she played hersel. she starts arguing with me in the room when the customer is always right and it was extremely unprofessional since in BUTT NAKED , she storms out the room leaving my door dam near open for the world to see. I tell her give me the wax since she can't see what I'm talking about so she gives me the dry up wax and I procede to try to fix her negligence. she takes a next VICTIM and she's talking s- in the next room and when I tell you I tip always for my waxs but she definately PLAYED HERSELF sis lost her tip I gave it to the next girl that helped me and all she did was my bikini line. do my advice to the lady (you know who you are) stop doing half jobs and upcharging people because you just up charging and comproming the amount your getting tipped. Day 1 and my lashes already started falling the same evening. My lashes looks crooked and weird.

So disgusted. I came here last minute for my birthday last weekend. I called to set an appointment when I got there two others were in front on me meanwhile I got there in time for my appointment. When I was finally called I was very impressed and satisfied with my lashes. The woman did a good job, when I left I noticed an eyelash on my face but said it was ok. A week later more than half my lashes are missing! They do not use individual lashes but lash clumps. I paid for 120 lashes here's my results and here's how it looks a week later. read more

What a bad experience but you get what you pay for. I used a groupon and it was ridiculously cheap, like maybe $12 Well first mistake? How could I have expected a nice experience for that price? Anyway I walk in this little ring a ding hole in the wall but I was making the best of it being super cheap. The girl was kind of nice and asked what I needed. I told her eyelash extensions and she showed me the different lashes but told me I couldn't get the mink because I would need an appointment. Fair enough, and again, so cheap on Groupon that I wasn't expecting the mink. I was sat right where everyone gets their eyebrows threaded and was given a portable fan. So the lady asked me which size and shows them to me. I chose the medium length and she just started. Didn't talk to me about what she doing AND I wasn't allowed to close my eyes!!! There are like one or two people that do my eyebrows the way I like . The rest of the staff are horrible .I went for a last minute wax yesterday I usually go to Sugaring NYC and was disgusted with the way the room looked . The room was extremely tiny and the bed was so close to the wall but get this , the wall had brown stains and other stains in general. How tf u want me to let my leg touch the creepy a** wall and the garbage was filthy and the lady was touching the garbage like it wasn't gross ! lmao anyways the hard wax was on the floor open with a damn wooden thingy(imma assume it was used)The lady picked it up and said the wait was gonna be like 45 minutes before it melts . Purchased a groupon for a facial because it was affordable. I enjoyed my facial. It left my face feeling so soft and clean! I wasnt too impressive with the way everything was set up. However, some advice for my girls anal about their brows and who pay close attention to detail...only trust the girl with glasses she's a true expert at her trade.
