Just got a "spa pedicure" (beautiful polish job and heavenly 15 minute foot massage). I really enjoyed it but the $75 price tag was too high in my opinion. I was under the assumption that a manicure was included, but that was purely my fault for misunderstanding. The technician, Sam, was so strong I actually decided last minute to get a chair massage. BEST chair massage of my life (and I get them often). $18 for 10 minutes is also pretty steep but he was worth it. Usually this location is great, friendly service, good atmosphere. This most recent time, it was awful. I got a gel manicure and within 5 days two of the nails peeled off completely, and the rest are all chipped and the edges are peeling as well. To being with she did them very thick and they came out quite lumpy. The woman who did it did not seem to care too much, missed the edges while painting, did half the routine - no vitamin e, cold towels, no shoulder massage, etc... I also got a pedicure from the same lady, she didn't put on the massage chair, didn't get my callus, didn't soak my feet, and did a quick paint job which also chipped within 5 days. She did do a 10 minute massage but it really seemed like it was more of a bother than a job for her to do and because I was so uncomfortable it was more stress inducing than relaxing. I'm not usually critical of the attitude of the person, but she truly seemed like she didn't want to be there and it was very uncomfortable. Long story short: I was very dissatisfied, and when I called to tell them, they told me it's normal for gel to peel off within a week, and that when you work with your hands it's even more normal. But I don't work with my hands at all, and this should not have lasted such a short time in my opinion, especially considering the price. He did say that if you call within 3 days they'll do corrections... which is a policy I wasn't aware of, and as far as corrections they would've had to do the entire thing over, so it wasn't worth it anyway. I'd like to chock it up to the fact that this was shortly after the location re-opened due to covid, so maybe the girls were just in a rush, but regardless I will be trying other nail salons in the area instead, especially considering that it is very inconsistent here and the owner/manager really doesn't seem to mind that fact. So happy I spent $78 for a gel mani & pedi at this place just for my nail to chip an hour later. It was freezing inside, the water wasn't too warm, and the pedicure sink was disgusting. Usually places put a plastic liner in the sink, but they didn't (gross). Not to mention, she took the jet part apart, and cleaned it out in front of my eyes and it was disgusting inside. Assuming why most places use the liners. I don't mind my cuticles getting cut short at all, but she literally was ripping them like she had a person vendetta against me. My first pedicure since February! They took my temperature at the door and they have plastic partitions for manicures, plastic curtains for pedicures to maintain social distancing. Clean, safe and excellent pedicure/ reflexology. Don't get a mani so cannot comment. I will be back! read more

OMG, my finances just came home totally upset. She called them before she went to ask if they did a certain process. They said yes. They not only did not do the process, but blatantly lied to her. And, as she was being moved around the store like cattle, she said I do not like what you did to my nails. " They looked better before I came in here." Before they finish, the owner of the shop said "you pay me now." and she yelled at her and yelled at her. (So embarrassing.) My finance had her credit card out, but after she yelled and yelled "You pay me now." she said These are terrible and I am not going to pay for such a terrible job. The son of the owner came over and my finance said you lied to me and probably to a lot of other customer. All you care about is the money." Everyone knows what the traffic is like on Friday and Saturday out here in Bridgehampton and East Hampton. It is not going to be pretty. I used to like the location in Mattituck, NY so I thought I would try them here since they are closer to where I live. I had a Shellac manicure (no chip gel manicure) that chipped that same night! It also started peeling. I've never had a Shellac polish chip in the 2 years that I've been using Shellac. The pedicure wasn't what was advertised. I went for their up sell with the longer pedicure, callus remover, and special cooling gel. The latter two were never applied. Forget about asking them about it because no one speaks English. Very disappointing. And to add - the place was dusty and looked dirty. I went first thing on Sunday morning when they were opening. Should it be so dirty first thing in the morning? I think not. Don't walk RUN from this disgusting poorly run filthy nail place ( I refuse to use the word Salon) there are no rules there. Is amazing that they are still in business. During lunch at times you will find 3 or 4 people that work there in a small closet eating their lunch. I have 2 friends that had severe infections after getting pedicures. I myself roundup with mercer virus all over my arms after having them the wax. Thank god that I did not have them wax anything on my face. When I came back to show them they had a very poor attitude. I called prior, made an appointment, and was rushed, I received the worst French pedicure I have had in years. My second experience was also not the greatest to say the least and keep this review most professional. My first experience I came to get my eyebrows waxed in which the Technician did a good job so naturally I wanted to compensate her. However, I had left my wallet in the car so as I tried to explain this to the Technician she began yelling me in a different language. I even offered to leave my mobile phone as she began yelling louder. There was a lady who overheard and asked me what had happened. I explained the situation and she allowed for me to grab my wallet. I still gave her a tip because she so strongly believed I was not the type to pay. My second experience was most recent. Beware of a guy with blonde hair because his work is just as poor as his attitude. He barely put in any effort but stood by me for a solid minute awaiting a Tip. I refuse to Tip for inadequate service. As he realized I was not going to provide Tip he began making remarks in a different language as the rest of the employees were obviously laughing. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews came from since I've been going here twice a month for years and am happy 95% of the time. The other 5% of the time I think the grass is greener and try someplace different and I always regret it and come straight back. This salon is clean and comfortable and leaves me free to completely zone out and not have to worry that my nails will come out crappy. Each tech has their own strengths, for a shellac manicure or regular mani I highly recommend Ella, see Joy for acrylics or gel tips and Lily for a great pedicure. If you call to make an appointment Sky the manager is very efficient and when you come in you won't wait long for your appointment. Everyone is nice and I never get the feeling that they are gossiping about customers during the infrequent times they talk amongst themselves during work. The prices are fair for the area and the nails colors are current and cute. Mostly Essie and OPI and they use CND for their shellac colors which is the best. read more

Let me start off by saying my daughter and I have been going to Angel Tips since early January. My daughter had sets of acrylic tips done and I gel manicures. My manicures lasted 3 weeks and would have been longer if my nails didn't grow so rapidly. Well we went right after they were allowed to reopen at Phase 3. I still had some gel left on the nails after 3 months. We went for mani/pedis, gel manicures. We thought maybe the girls were rushed after being closed for the 3 months. However, my daughter basically just got her toes polished. When we left she showed me that there were lumps in her manicure. My nails and toes turned out ok but truly lacked the professional look they usually have. Just about one week after one of my daughters nails peeled completely off. They continued to peel and chip. I called to speak with the Gentleman who seems to run the place. He very curtly informed me that any problem come back in 3 days, which we were not aware of. He then told me, as if I were born yesterday, that its normal for gel manicures to peel off after a week or 2. I was trying to tell him so he would be aware for future business. However, with that attitude and deciept, we will now be taking our business elsewhere. At 2 weeks tomorrow my daughters entire 10 nails have peeled completely off. I just came back from one of the all-time worst mani-pedis I've had in my lifetime. Not only was the nail technician rude from the moment I declined her repeated attempts to up-sell more expensive services, but she worked so fast it was a) not relaxing and b) actually PAINFUL. When I jumped back for about the fifth time, she glared at me and asked if it was OK. I asked her to please be more gentle and she merely resumed poking me with sharp metal objects.
