I am very upset about my hair color experience yesterday. I got the sense that Gerard didn't do this very often and the result proved me right unfortunately. I will never use him again although the salon itself seemed good. I hate the way he left my roots not colored at the front. It was awful and much too expensive. Totally unhappy. read more

Excellent job on color but $108 for a blow dry is absurd.

Went in to get simple partial only in front highlights And it turned into a 3 hour disaster They alleged that the person who did them was a "senior stylist" Ya Senior as in age maybe Bc they had no clue what they were doing Had to "fix" the problem Then they charged me almost $200 for a few wisps of hair and the mistake My time is valuable and I went in for a procedure that should have taken maybe an hour tops What about my time that was insanely wasted because your stylist messed up???? And owner was rude as can be I will never go here again Never I don't know how these places stay in business read more

The amazing hairstylist, named Lady, did my hair a handful of weeks ago and the blowout was so good I didn't have to wash my hair for nearly 4 days it was unbelievable. So worth the price. read more

I went in for a single process hair color and was recommended a glaze instead (I was charged for a gloss so I'm not even sure what I was given). I was told it would last anywhere from 3 weeks to a month and half but not even 4 days later and the color has almost completely faded out. I paid way too much for this to be the case and I'm really disappointed since my hair looked so good right after the appointment. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON Unless you want to be treated poorly and receive a horrible 30 minute blow dry . I had the experience of being 5 minutes late and was screamed at by the woman at the front desk and told by the owner that I had messed up the rest of their appointments for that day as they need to make as much money over the summer as possible, I proceeded to get a 20 minute blow dry and sent on my way. I went here several weeks ago, enjoyed it and wrote a positive review. My opinion today is quite different. I called today to make an appointment with Be, my stylist, for a wash and blow as I am going to my 40th high school reunion. I was told by the receptionist that the price would be $65. Thinking that was high (?), I said that I just wanted my hair washed and styled. The receptionist's response was "We are not a blow & go shop, we are a high end salon." I am so happy my friend recommended this salon! I went there 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with my cut AND color. I am usually very picky with my hair and always find something wrong but they did such an amazing job that I don't think I will ever go anywhere else! Also, the decor is stunning and service is outstanding. I didn't have to wait for my appointment and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while getting my hair done. I had my hair done by Katie and it was awful. Giant clumps of my hair came out when the foils were removed and my hair continued to break off after the color and cut. She was not very hospitable and seemed to be rushing or felt annoyed that she even had a client. Needless to say I will never be getting my hair done by Katie again!!! read more

I really liked this salon until my dinner guest inquired if I had coloured my hair recently. I had my gray coloured that day...and apparently all the nape of my neck as well. Embarrassed, I will never go there again. Nor do I recommend them. read more
