Nice facility but some of the people that work there need to take customer service training.

Super affordable, super accessible, and low-key in the best way. If you're someone who just wants to get in, get your workout done, and not deal with the whole selfie/influencer gym scene... this is it. YMCA's are also notorious for being very involved in the community . You can find all kinds of events and programs year round . Most people don't realize you could grab a day pass for around $15 (family pass is like $25), which is such a good deal for everything you get. Memberships start @$35. They've got all the essentials--gym, group x classes, pools, basketball court, lockers, showers. Nothing fancy at all but everything you actually need. They also offer sponsorships for those in need . Kinda a " no one gets turned away " philosophy. The staff here were also great. I was greeted right away, did a quick waiver, and they gave me a full tour without rushing it. Answered all my questions and made it really easy to feel comfortable walking in as a first-timer& Overall just a really easy, no-pressure environment. Definitely coming back to actually get a workout in next time.

Sadly, the way she was treated made her lose her motivation. She has been in the hospital since early July because her cancer became too advanced. No one deserves to be treated that way.

They were always flexible with her court ordered CPS visits and always kept me apprised of her condition when she would return. She is now in the two year old class room with ms. Alexis and ms. The teachers here are nice enough, I do not believe anyone has been mean or has neglected my child. Unfortunately though, a rare few of them seem to really care about her. It feels like there are different teachers in her room almost every day. This isn't the teachers fault obviously, perhaps it is the way they are scheduled that I just don't understand. Either way, how can they know my child and provide her a personal experience when there is no consistency? There have been times where we have picked her up and she is wearing diapers. We have been trying to potty train her unsuccessfully due to again, lack of consistency. The front desk staff could care less if you are there or not. They rarely say hello or goodbye, so we never felt the warm, welcoming feeling we hoped for. I often find several people behind the desk that do not even acknowledge my presence. A few times I overheard staff having conversations about other families which makes me question their commitment to professionalism and privacy. For the money you will pay for childcare from Tutor Time, I think you should expect more. If you are okay with overpriced, mediocre care then this is your place. If not, there are many other options for the area in terms of preschools that are competitively priced. I would advise looking elsewhere if you want loving, attentive care for your children.

I thought they might…read moreteach him some skills or different drawing techniques but it really was just him sitting in a classroom drawing next to other children. This may be helpful if your child doesn't have time to draw but for any blossoming artist who spends hours of their own time sitting and drawing there isn't any value to this time at Kat's verses being at home. I'm not sure the "teacher" has any sort of special training; actually i don't think I ever even saw the teacher or had any feedback from him/her(?) in the 4 months we attended. During this time I saw no change in skill or ability from this class. He didn't particularly enjoy it either. It seemed that the front desk assistant frequently taught the class which started late and ended early regularly. My son benefited from the Young Rembrandt's program at his school more than this program and YR, for the most part, just taught him how to shade. So the bar wasn't set extremely high. This school also requires a registration fee ($60) to even try any of the classes and also requires a credit card on file which they cannot update except in person. There isn't any online account management.. They don't allow for over the phone changes and their withdrawal policy is also very strict so we ended up paying for a month we didn't want. They also sent my credit card information entire number, expiration date, ccv code, address and full name (!) in clear text VIA EMAIL unencrypted which is very very horrendous security policy for a company who requires this information be provided. They are not obviously not PCI compliant so I'd be wary of providing them this information. They aren't particularly nice or friendly either. We won't be back.

It's not a big school which we like and fits our needs for both preschool and creative movement class. The staff is great and the community is pretty good. Our son is a baseball fanatic and we knew he would have a blast here. As a pitcher, he LOVED the pitching cage. The cage measures your pitch speed and also scores based on your accuracy. What a fun concept. In addition, there are a good amount of batting cages. Each cage is equipped with different sized bats and a helmet. You may also bring your own gear as well. There are softball and baseball cages and speeds of 50 - 80 MPH. We all had a fun time practicing our swings with the virtual pitcher. * Note: Batting cage for left handed hitters is cage 9. There are basketball games in the back along with bowling lanes and arcade games in the facility. Our 5 year old loved the driving games. We couldn't believe the great deal that they have. For $64.99, you can get 90 minutes of unlimited free play for 4 people with a pizza and choice of drink. Yes, UNLIMITED. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. The customer service was top notch and very informative / detailed. Huge thanks and props to Talon for all of his help and ensuring that we enjoyed our time at Taroko!! He was so great and so patient for answering our many questions. Taroko will definitely be a regular stop for us when we are in AZ. It is a perfect spot for tons of family fun for all ages.
