I've gotten steak sandwiches from here twice recently and they were okay. Last night, I went to get another one. One of the women behind the counter kept coughing, which made me leery, but I ordered anyway. The other woman rung up my order, and the coughing woman put my steak on the grill ... then a moment later, she coughed INTO HER HAND! Obviously she was never taught basics on food preparation (first off, if she was getting sick, she should have stayed home). If you are working with food (or even a cashier) and you have to sneeze or cough, do it into the crook of your elbow, NOT your hand, for Pete's sake! After seeing that, I immediately canceled my order and asked for my money back. The cashier didn't ask why, and I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass anyone, but I will not be going there anymore, thank you very much.

Good standard grilled subs. Korean bbq steak n cheese is a go-to. I tend to order once a week: takeout is precise and quick. Enjoy!!

Why must you be so expensive? Decent hot food just way over priced. But for a hot sandwhich would rather go here than subway it is good.

They had many options to choose from to customize a salad, bowl or pick one on of the options from their menu. Aside from being pricey I thought my meal tasted fresh and high quality. They state that they source their food locally which is nice! The food alone had me sold on going back but unfortunately the service was very slow (long line and only 1 counter employee) and they were running out of certain items on the line during dinner time. The inside of sweet green felt clean and they have to-go bags hanging up for you if needed along with several tables go dine in. Overall, will go back to get a quick healthy meal option!

That's a lot, but on this day, the place was almost empty. Nice weather = low patrons. Everyone is out enjoying the day. A few more parties did arrived during our visit and sat both inside and out so they got busy. The bartender took our drink order and handed over menus. This two sided, laminated menu has a lot on offer. Pub fare like wings, burgers and sandwiches, plus entrées, salads and apps. Once we ordered we were given place mats and flatware. We both got sandwiches and side salads. The salads came out first with our dressings on the side. I chose their house dressing which seems to be a mix of dressing like thousand island and some others. It's mild and pleasant. The salad is fresh and for a side salad, a good size. Our meals came out shortly after we had finished our salads and wow, this is a lot of food. Both were very tasty with fresh bread, plenty of toppings and my burger was cooked as ordered. We ended up taking half of both home. The fries were very good. This spot was recommended to us by a waitress at another nearby restaurant. It's a nice, neighborhood restaurant and bar. Friendly staff. Solid food.

During a nine-day stay at the hotel, my wife and I were fortunate to have Asia serve us at breakfast on the majority of mornings. From our very first interaction it was clear that she brings an exceptional level of care and professionalism to her role. What set Asia apart was her genuine attentiveness to guests as individuals. Without prompting, she took note of our food preferences and remembered them from one morning to the next -- a small but telling detail that speaks to her commitment to personalised service. She combined this with a warm, welcoming personality that made every breakfast a pleasure rather than simply a meal. Asia's manner is consistently professional: she is efficient, proactive, and composed, yet never loses the human touch that distinguishes truly excellent hospitality. She clearly understands that the guest experience is shaped as much by the people who deliver it as by the surroundings. I would recommend Asia without hesitation to any employer in the restaurant or hotel industry. She has the personal qualities, work ethic, and guest-focused mindset that are the foundation of a strong career in hospitality, and I believe she has considerable potential for progression into supervisory or management roles. Yours sincerely, Anthony Cohen Guest, The Loom Hotel (April 2026)

Be warned, it's on the more expensive side for dining and may be a coin toss for "is it worth it" for those that enjoy a night out but also looking for value. Food was a mixed bag for us.... Starting with the smashburger was genuinely disappointing as the burger itself was dry and advertised as a "French onion" smashburger that failed to deliver any of the rich, savory flavor we expected with a name like "French onion smashburger". The hot honey Mac and cheese was very good and flavorful... The hot being more of a vinegary heat than I expected but the cream sauce was rich. Speaking of value earlier.... Smashburger was $20 and the Mac and cheese was $28. Entrees were $10-15 more it seemed but previous reviews all spoke highly of the entrees and would want to try them if we visit again. The overall service experience was disappointing for us. Not for the demeanor of the staff but everything else... We had a decent size group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and was fortunate to have a dining room to help the kids burn some energy while not bothering the other diners. However, from ordering to entrees to arrive was 45 very hungry minutes. It also took 20+ mins just to get drinks. Once the food arrived, they also were short two of the kids meals which was thankfully corrected quick. We then were somewhat "gently" being asked to wrap things up by 3 staff members in 10 mins making the rounds to clear plates and any to go containers. We all understand the business in the food industry and turning tables, and trust me, after an hour from arriving to food on the table we wanted to get home for bed time. However, really sours the experience and would not advocate going here with large groups.... Between the kitchen and staff I can't say you'd have a guaranteed good time.

Al pastor should be juicy and tender, but here the meat was incredibly dried out and lacked any depth of flavor. To make matters worse, the tacos were served cold every single time.
