When I contacted them, they gave me multiple contradictory explanations. I'll spare you the details. Eventually, I was told that they would be coming out later that day. I waited patiently. They no showed, no called me a second time. To this day I have heard nothing else from them. No apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. I do not recommend this company.

We turned on the system for the first time - no cold air. We contacted LOVEWELL and they were at our house the next day. They diagnosed our problem - whoever had installed the system did it incorrectly and we needed a new compressor. LOVEWELL contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the unit under warranty, we only had to pay to install the new part. LOVEWELL had the part shipped promptly and kept us informed as to its arrival date. I should add that this happened just before the 4th of July heatwave. Our 4th was cool and comfortable thanks to LOVEWELL. Going forward, LOVEWELL is the only company we'll call for AC & heating service and repairs. Nice folks and GREAT customer service.

His work was clean, without wasted motion and the charges itemized and seemed reasonable. I recommend you contact Millas Heating and Cooling for service if you want a similar experience. His insurance was expired and he told me Providence is the only city that rejected his application and he's "not happy about it." Crooked units on the walls, holes in the shingles on the side of the house. These other terrible reviews are accurate. The voice text, asking you to do it yourself fixes, leaving my young kids in the heat all summer. He really is a fraud and scammer.

Broad Brook discovered the leak, patched it, and done, for a fraction of the price. Amazing! Dennis came to our home, charged us approximately $175.00 for an estimate. The repair work is quite a bit of work and costly, we are well aware. He reassured me his company could do the repairs and even continue to service our boiler. After receiving the estimate, I called and left Dennis a message on October 23, 2017, to have Broad Brook come do the repair work. As of November 14th, 2017 I have yet to hear from Broad Brook. I can't say I am impressed with this company. I definitely feel Dennis had no intention of seeing through with the repair work.
