Mike came to do the estimate the next morning. One day later, his crew came out to do the job. They were quick and efficient and the new gutter looks great. They even replaced the old curved connecting sections that the broken piece fit into so it looks extra sharp. The price is about what I expected to spend. Stacy, who answers phones and does scheduling, called to make sure I was satisfied before mailing out the invoice. This is a nice touch, because I'm used to paying contractors in cash at the completion of a job, whether I am satisfied or not.

I chatted with the owner and he explained in detail the specifics of the services that I needed. My service request included driveway, front walkways, front and back porches, and of course, the house. He arrived on time, performed the services requested and answered my questions. I was elated that he also cleaned the wooden rocking chairs I had on the porch. They were in dire need of care and looked brand spanking new when he was done. I was completely satisfied with the service and will use APW again next year.

Bryon was my service rep and he represented your brand to the highest every time he came by. He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He's a friend now and he's welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work. When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn't have a thing to worry about. After a small plumbing issue that left us needing a lot of repairs, we began collecting estimates…read morefrom contractors, painters and flooring companies all over the area. After feeling as if there was no way we'd be able to get the work done within what the insurance company was willing to pay, we were referred to Raul and his team by many of our neighbors. As he lives in our neighborhood, many folks had hired him to have all sorts of work done and every person we spoke to said nothing but amazing things about the quality of what he and his team had done. Raul came to give us an estimate when he said he would and it was much more affordable than the prior companies we had contacted. We decided to hire him that day to install our new flooring. In tandem with the flooring, we were having repairs done to our ceiling and wall, and new paint/popcorn applied. Unfortunately, the person we hired to do these items wasn't able to do them to our expectations and we decided to let him go. After a short conversation with Raul, we decided to hire him to complete everything that needed to be done associated with our claim. Not only that but, we discovered a mold issue just before the work was to begin and, after having him look at it for us, we also hired him to take care of those repairs as well. I could go on and on about the amazing work that Raul and his team do. We even added on some extras along the way because we were so impressed. A stressful situation of having to file an insurance claim to have work done we hadn't planned ended up turning into a beautiful remodel of nearly the entire first floor of our home! The floors are absolutely beautiful, we have a new smooth ceiling in our kitchen and living room (instead of popcorn) that is like glass, we have absolutely beautifully done new paint in our kitchen, living room and family room, and we no longer have a leak causing a mold issue around our front windows. Every step of the way we were impressed. The work was done when we were told it would be, and even with some hiccups along the way (i.e. having to ask for additional work), Raul made sure we were comfortable with any changes in the timeline. More importantly, in no case did we see any situation where a corner was cut. In fact, things we wouldn't have thought to do or add as extra steps to do things as simple as say, painting a wall, were done, to ensure the quality was second to none. We hovered every day watching, and every day we were impressed with the little things that were done to go above and beyond. The one and only reason I am not giving Raul 5 stars is because throughout the entire process, with everything we had done, we never saw anything on paper. In fact, I have to reach out again to ask for something showing what work was done to satisfy our insurance company. This is an extremely minor issue however. In fact if I could give 4.5 stars, deducting just .5 for the lack of paperwork, I would. I'm 100% sure he can and will provide it, I would've just preferred seeing things in writing to solidify all the conversations and agreements made verbally. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we will hire Raul again to do whatever we need to our home. We've since visited some neighbors to see work he's done for them and were just as impressed. A new bathroom was done for one of our neighbors that is amazing and the screen room another neighbor had him finish (after poor quality work was done) is beautiful. The list goes on and on quite honestly. His prices are reasonable and the work is simply amazing. No matter what you need done, give Raul a call!

Buyer beware. Don't know if the poor service was because I was a single black woman, incompetence…read moreor scammed. Recommended by a friend in 2011 when i noticed a leak in my ceiling in ensuite bathroom after a storm. JP came, took a look and said the boards were rotten and would need a new roof. We went through my insurance company, entire roof replaced along with the replacement of a section of gutter. Literally one month later a leak showed up in my bedroom after a storm. I called another roofer to look at the problem and he said oh your flashing is missing. I called JP back and told him, he was adamant it wasn't the flashing and he sent one of his guys out. His guy sealed it with some type of caulk. It held up until June 2023. Ceiling in my bedroom leaking in the exact same location. I called JP since he had made the initial repair. In addition to the roof asked if he could replace a couple of boards of siding. He came out took a look. I showed him the leak and reminded him that he did the initial repair. He acknowledged that it should not be leaking. So he took a look and told me the leak was being caused by my old soffitts and talked me into replacing my soffitts and installing new gutters, and replacing all my siding. Only replaced 2 sides of my home with new siding, soffits and gutters added. The quality of the work was terrible. My leak returned about a month later. They came back out and said again it was the soffitts. They had left a gaping opening between the soffitt and the house, nails were exposed, coming clear through the bottom of the soffitt. They "repaired" the soffits but the leak persists. The siding isn't flush against the house,the trim wasn't replaced on the siding, siding weather barrier exposed on the bottom, missing the lath strap completely, so i know water damage is imminent. Can't afford to redo now. Ivehad to pay someone else to patch the leak in my bedroom that I paid JP to fix. My bedroom ceiling and wall will need to be repaired from the water damage. Note that each time i reached out about an issue the attitude was terrible. I wasted $12,000 on a terrible work product and even worse customer service.
