Charles and Celso reviewed with us the details of the project with a professional approach, conveying trust and peace of mind. Charles provided updates, with photos periodically as the work progressed throughout the day of the project, from tear off to new roof finish. Additionally, we contracted C&B to provide repairs and replacement to rotted portions of siding, fascia, soffit and garage door, along with painting this entire area. Charles and Celso were on hand during this project to answer any questions and take pictures as the work progressed. This work was done exceptionally well. RES was contracted to install my vinyl siding by Lowe's installation services. All the trash was left on the property including their lunch leftovers. They did not reinstall several items removed from the house. My gutter downspouts were broken and just thrown in the trash pile. One exterior light fixture was broken and not reinstalled. The live wires were left hanging out from a hole they made in the siding. The light fixtures they did reinstall were wired incorrectly. Also one of my exterior outlets was disconnected from the house structure and now just dangling behind the siding in the wall. The brackets to support the electric meter and incoming power supply where were also not reattached. I'm assuming they are also somewhere in the trash pile as well.

Day 3, I chase my dogs around the yard trying to get pizza crust and chicken bones that were just thrown out in the woods by our house, Day 4 The dumpster finally arrives but half the crap has blown down the side of the mountain. The crew had no respect to our property. Day 5 I'm left with a mess and uncompleted job, still sits like this today.... Also you can see how the tore up our leaf guards on the gutters and slid the hardy board right up our porch railings that were painted 2 weeks before.

The roofing job was actually completed BEFORE the estimated date. I was concerned about so many storms in the area and Zack sent more workers to get my roof done in time. Zack connected me with a painter guy that could fix my ceiling that had some damages but when I met with this guy he looked at the ceiling damages and told me it would be about $600.00 dollars which is more than the estimated cost. I was frustrated because I thought their was some communication between Zack and the painter to fix my ceiling but it wasn't I had to make the calls and communicate back and forth with them both after the work was done on my roof it was like I was alone in trying to get my ceiling damage fixed and now my ceiling needs to be done and the painter stated he did not have time to do the work until August 2021 and IT is still now June 2021. I will have to wait 2 months until I get my ceiling completed.
