Freddy and Jason showed up in this horror show. And they both turned into the Predator. I had a project manager Scott Gainey there at ServPro. He was Freddy and started this nightmare talking about my claims adjuster telling me he was the worst person ever to handle my claim, he preferred not to work with him. Then he insisted on seeing my estimate which I was not comfortable with because he was behaving like a greedy grabber predator. Seeing the estimate would allow him to deplete all funds available. When I was slow in turning over my estimate he stopped calling us back. Ok in comes Jason from Friday the 13th, he is the company owner of this Cabarrus County franchise, John Fisher. He was even worse. He accused me and/or my husband of letting a contractor urinate on the floors, so we could delay the claim. He chopped us to bits with that statement. His reasoning from what I gather was because "Scott got us a place to stay!" That was the most ridiculous statement I had heard since "there was no collusion. " We are not, I repeat we are not staying at Scott's house or with his granny. My Insurance company has footed the bill where we are staying. As they should because this is on the policy as a coverage. How did this man become a savior? He didn't do the minimun required for an okay job. Much less go above and beyond. Uh, return a phone call, a text, a smoke signal. That is the least of courtesies in business. Be professional no matter what transpires. My home was to be treated with an antimicrobial to stop the spread of mold due to a flood. I have included a picture of mold that developed after my "treatment" was allegedly applied. I now have mold on my ceiling and walls. The walls and floors are still wet in various places. Also I have included a picture of how they took care of my content removal. My property was thrown in garbage bags and put outside my house. They want payment for treating my property like garbage. These were the wet clothes I was billed by ServPro to be cleaned. I was later told they cleaned nothing, only after I asked about clothes damaged that were supposed to be treated during my initial consultation. I was told I can find my items in these garbage bags outside. At this moment the bill has not reflected a reversal of the fee for cleaning my clothes. My review could go on, however I will stop at this point because there were so many things done wrong at this point it's just infuriating. My tip is learn from my experience. Horror movies are fun because they are not real. No fun when they come true. Don't go here. I would give minus stars if I could.

The pool is located right in the middle of the apartments and behind the clubhouse. It's super easy to locate. It's a big pool and kind of reminded me of a lazy river. Has a section for small kids to be able to stand up and play in. Different little spots for you to go explore and venture in. It wasn't crowded and had plenty of room to swim in the pool. They have 2 grill areas and tvs around the area. They have corn hole to play at and a little grassy area. Bathrooms are super clean and easy to locate within the pool area. Def will be back. Loved the ambiance.

One of the worst places I have lived and I have lived at 3 different places in the Charlotte/metro…read morearea. The residents are overwhelming the same "culture" let's put it that way. Every night I hear thumping of music from SUVs, every day I hear children running and screaming. About once or twice a month I hear women yelling at each other in the parking lots. Every night I hear motorcycles revving and being extremely loud. To put this in perspective I used to live in college-type apartments with college students and they were never as loud as the residents that live here. The staff is utterly incompetent and answers only to their select residents they are friends with. They treat residents like they are sub-IQ and if you ever have an issue with something they will put it off until the last minute. They cut you off when speaking on the phone and they never fully answer any questions you have. The residents here are the worst problem, I cannot even drive through the parking lot without someone almost side swiping me going 60+ mph. I've had multiple occasions where people have almost hit me, and one occasion where a lady did hit my vehicle going extremely fast. I have also had multiple instances where authorities have been involved due to false claims by a single minority resident. I have had claims that I own a dog making noise (which I do not own a dog, it is clear on my lease agreement). It is clear they are on the side of certain individuals and stick up for their own class of people. I have also had an instance where people were putting notes on doors making assault claims for someone leaving an empty soda on the floor. People have admitted to doing this yet no punishments at all for the ones that did this. People smoke marijuana constantly and that is the main smell you will get used to smelling. Police constantly patrol and are constantly called out for various things. The maintenance staff is also incompetent. You have to practically beg them to do ANYTHING. I have filed over a dozen requests for work to be done which was never done by the previous tenant. I had to file a request to have my shower cauked which should be routine maintenance. They are also extremely nosy and ask questions about your business which is very unprofessional. This is NOT a kid friendly place, this is NOT a safe place, I feel threatened living here.

Unfortunately the property is located across the street from a lesser quality ( subsidized option) complex. It draws an interesting crowd. Many times you will see sketchy looking people roaming around the street in front of the complex. It reminds me of an inner city street corner on some nights. We did not realize this before choosing to live here. We have two trashy neighbors- one apartment who fights constantly (then has loud sex) and one that has proven drug activity- we had to call 911 for the ambulance because she was hallucinating and knocking on our door for help. There have been multiple car break ins, and a stolen vehicle in the parking lot. There was also an armed attempted robbery. The office only informed us of the car break ins- not of the other instances! The good thing is fellow neighbors do have each others back and spread the news on things like this. People from the neighboring complex also try to utilize our amenities because they don't have any. Now we know why the management doesn't live here. I am afraid going to/from my car at night!!! Also- there is no assigned visitor parking, just "parking." So visitors are always parked in the close spots, especially at night. Very irritating when you're trying to carry things in from your car!!!
