I had hail damage to my house in Mount Pleasant NC in March 2021…read more One company came out and met the adjuster for my insurance and they talked for about 30 minutes and then they both left. The representative for that roofing company never even contacted me to tell me that the adjuster found no damage. I called my insurance company and demanded a second opinion, as the houses on both sides of mine had damage and had already had their roofs replaced. I contacted Laura @ Morningview Roofing & Restoration out of Concord. She came out and chalked my roof, took multiple pictures of the hail damage to my roof and sent them to both me and the insurance adjuster. The repair work was approved. Morningview sent a crew out that completed the roof restoration in only 2 days and cleaned up the area, better than it was when they arrived. Unfortunately their were a few damages during the restoration. I contacted Laura and her boss Josh came out to assess the damages himself. He assured me he would take care of them. These 2 people that I dealt with from Morningview Roofing & Restoration were 2 of the most personable, honest people I have dealt with in probably the last 10 years. Great Customer Service. I do not see, how this company can stay in business, when they do not do what they said. I went with another company, and it was done the week of 5-1-2024. Unprofessional behavior. Was it because I am a woman homeowner? For the good old boys club, women actually own homes, work, and have their own credit. This is not the 1950 era.

Several weeks ago, my roof sustained some storm damage that required a new roof. There was absolutely no doubt in my mind who I wanted to give the business to. I called Jeff and Gary and they made it a point to quickly visit my home and provide me with a comprehensive inspection and quote. We scheduled the roof installation for 5/31/2022, on 5/30 Memorial Day the owner himself shows up to drop off the crews supplies for the next day (how about that). The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 am yesterday to get started. Let me tell you about this phenomenal crew, they worked together like a fine-tuned orchestra. I could tell they were highly skilled and took pride in their work. The finished job was nothing short of perfection. The crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, and it shows. When you're replacing a roof while living in another state, trust becomes the most important…read morefactor. We bought a 2003 home that still had its original roof, complete with solar panels, and had to coordinate everything from a distance. That could have been incredibly stressful, but Marcus made it feel surprisingly easy. He was consistently proactive, communicative, and transparent throughout the project. We never felt like we were wondering what was happening. When rain threatened the schedule, he immediately brought in additional crew members so they could finish before the weather rolled in. Instead of excuses, he found solutions. The installation itself was fast, organized, and professional. The crew arrived when they said they would and got the job done efficiently. One unexpected highlight was the documentation afterward. The drone photos of the finished roof were outstanding, and the detailed paperwork made getting approval from our homeowners insurance company simple. It's one of those little things you don't think about until you need it, and they absolutely delivered. We did run into some frustrations with the separate solar vendor, but as far as Elite Roof & Solar is concerned, we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, our parents are buying an older home in the Asheville area. When that roof eventually needs replacing, Marcus will be our first call. It's rare to find a contractor who combines excellent workmanship with great communication and follow-through. Elite Roof & Solar earned our trust, and that's probably the highest compliment we can give.

They were great to work with, very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their roof or gutters.
