Absolutely unacceptable customer service. As other reviewers have said, our entire business has…read morealso been grounded since Saturday - a payroll weekend, since as small business owners we work weekends - and we are losing money by the second. Employees are rightfully beyond upset. We've had to pay them out of pocket since we can't get into Quickbooks. My husband's desk is pretty much invisible beneath the piles of paperwork he can't do while the server is down. We pay LOTS OF MONEY for this, and, now that their phone number works again (seriously it went dead the day after this happened - who doesn't have an iPhone or other number NOT tied to the whole system as a company??) no one will answer phones or emails. This has been absolutely devastating for our business and I hope they are planning on compensating their customers for this or we won't be one for much longer. We need service back NOW.

Although it would be troublesome over the long holiday and required logistics with new parts to get the repair done, Mike gave me updates daily and assured that the repair would be completed. Instead of forking out a hefty sum for a new notebook of the same spec (about $1300) or having Apple fix it (about $880), OC Tech Dr helped source a new LCD and swapped then tested the MacBook for $486! All in all, we saved time and money with this repair. Both Abraham and Mike were genuinely concerned and helped us fix our problem timely and efficiently. Fantastic to work with...This review is long overdue…read more Overview I'm co-owner of a small construction company with (7) users, (5) of whom work primarily in the office. We engaged Brite City about 5 years ago to provide support to our users and devices. Chad (the owner) is extremely talented and has built a very strong culture of customer service. We would never go anywhere else for our support needs! Support Jonathon Molina (manager) and the whole team are responsive and skilled. The monthly fixed price plan is awesome - they'll spend as many hours as needed to solve your issue. (They support our PCs, tablets, network AND phones!) Though rare, when I've needed after-hours support, they've been very responsive. Project Earlier this year, we engaged them on a large project to migrate us to the cloud and upgrade all user devices. (Some users stayed with traditional PCs, while others switched to laptops/tablets.) Their planning was great and they were flexible during the process. (In fact, COVID hit just before our original start date and they accommodated our requested delay without batting an eye.) Now, all of our critical information (files, MS Office, Quickbooks) is offsite, backed-up and we'll never need to own a server again! Real World Example A few months ago, I had some minor feedback on how they could improve part of their service to us. (Truly a minor thing and didn't affect our overall great experience with them). I was hesitant to bring it up though, because they do such a great job and some people are easily offended by this type of input. Not Chad or Brite City! As soon as I mentioned it, Chad and Jonathon insisted on hearing the details so they could make the necessary change and apply as appropriate to other clients. They thanked me multiple times and immediately rectified the issue. It just confirmed what I already knew - Brite City doesn't just "talk" customer service, it's what they've built their successful business upon. Summary I believe that IT support should be just that - a function that SUPPORTS the core business. Brite City allows us do what WE are good at. If you feel the same way, then look no further, Brite City is your solution.
