D&H express moving should be avoided at all costs. The owner, Dejvid Golubovic, lied about the rate and hidden costs. He quoted $125 for the first hour and $100 each additional hour. When they were done he raised the rate to $185 for every hour plus he added made up hidden fees for "long haul" -- which is ill defined and code for upcharge. additionally, I was scheduled for moving on Thursday and he did not call until 3:45pm to notify me he was not able to come that day. Sober relocation sent D&H to handle my move. The double the price and they lied. The broke my headboard to my bed and some of my items are missing. The communication was bad. No one stayed in touch with me about a date when I was going to get my stuff. So after about two weeks and some days and went back and got my stuff. They gave me the run around and I had to get the police involved. I finally got my stuff from the owner. I had to go to a junkyard to get my stuff. Both companies are not good people. My husband and I encountered D & H through Sobe Relocation. A broker. Sobe assured us that D & H were reliable despite all of the bad reviews they have received over time, so we just went with what Sobe brokers recommended. We moved to the South from Wisconsin. Things seemed on the level on moving day. We ended up paying $1200 more than what quoted to us by Sobe, specifically for a direct move. When D&H arrived a day late, most of our furniture was gouged up and our TV was completely destroyed. My cookware ($449) set- brand new- was gone. So was my husband's brand new computer printer. There were other peoples furniture and boxes in the truck, so it was not a direct move that we were charged for. The movers had a crap attitude and lots of excuses. We were told the WE were the cause of them losing a $600 move elsewhere?!?!? I wish I would have heeded the warnings of others. All I can say is AVOID SOBE RELOCATION AND D&H Express. I hate doing this, but I advise anyone to avoid these agencies and save yourself a lot of sadness. Hire a legit family-owned mover which may cost more, or get rid of everything and simply start over. Dealing with this "company" has been a veritable nightmare from start to finish. If you are even THINKING about hiring this company or are dealing with a broker who might hire them, then I implore you to absolutely find a different moving company. We had planned to move all of our stuff on May 1st from St. Louis to Washington, DC, quite a stressful long-distance move for us to begin with, and dealing with this moving company has made it that much worse. The plan was that we were going to be in St. Louis on May 1st to oversee the pick-up of our stuff, and then that it would be delivered on Monday, May 4th. They were several hours late to pick-up our stuff (were supposed to be there between 11-1) and didn't show up until almost 4pm. We had originally had a rehearsal dinner to go to that night; thank god that it was cancelled due to all the coronavirus stuff otherwise we would have missed it. After taking many breaks and having their kids and wife stop by for lunch (all the while one of the kids was climbing around inside the moving truck), they finally finished up about 3 hours later. Also, I'd like to mention that the guys that David hires (the moving company owner) are not professional movers. He literally just hires random dudes to come move stuff for him, so nothing is done how it should be. When I told David (the moving company owner) that we had agreed with the broker that our stuff would be delivered the following Monday he kept saying "Well, that's the plan, but you know, stuff happens." From his tone, and how he kept insisting that "stuff happens" I just had a feeling that we weren't getting our stuff on Monday. (Side note: We were moving all of our stuff from a 10x20x8 foot storage unit that holds 1800 cubic feet of stuff. What David ended up charging us was well over that, because he stated that he couldn't stack some of the boxes on top of each other (?). It was definitely shady from the beginning.) Imagine my surprise then when we got a call on Sunday afternoon from David saying that the truck had just left with our stuff and it was on its way to DC. We were really happy! Maybe this company wasn't as bad as we had previously assumed. WRONG. I then received another call from David on Sunday evening saying that the truck had broken down and that he wasn't sure if we would get our stuff the next day. I KNEW IT. So he told us that he would call us back that night and let us know the status of the truck. He never did call us and I finally texted him the following day about what was going on with our stuff. He replied later that the water pump had broken and that a replacement one should be there that afternoon. So, no, we weren't getting our stuff on the day we had planned, the day we had both taken off work for, the day we had paid to have our very busy city street blocked off in order to make room for the movers. We were stressed and aggravated. David never called or texted us back again that day, and I texted him again on that Tuesday morning to see what was going on with the truck. David finally got back to me later and again replied that the water pump still wasn't there, but that it would be there that afternoon. I never heard back again from him again that day, or the next day, or even on Thursday. By then I was calling the broker again to see if they could reach David to see where the heck our stuff was. David wouldn't even tell us the name of the mechanic whose shop our truck was supposedly sitting in with all our stuff, because apparently (according to the broker) they didn't have to disclose that information, even though they were literally the ones holding all our belongings. When I asked the broken why they didn't have to tell us she said "They just don't." What is that even about? My guess was that David was actually lying about the truck ever even leaving St. Louis and that they would just show up whenever they felt like it. Why else would they not tell us where our stuff was? So finally, on Friday afternoon after much back and forth from the broker (who wasn't much help anyway) David called me and said that the original truck never got fixed and that our stuff was put on a different truck and was now on its way to us, arriving on the next day, Saturday. We were less than thrilled that our stuff had to be moved from one truck to another (one time is bad enough), but were at least relieved that our stuff was finally on the way, HOPEFULLY. So on Saturday we waited, and waited, and waited, and we finally got a call from the driver at about 5pm saying that he would be there around 7pm. We had no idea why it would have taken him until 7pm the following night to get to DC, especially if they had left on Friday afternoon, but we were just happy to hear SOMETHING about our stuff. This company is terrible! Should have a below zero! The window was Tuesday, Wednesday for pick up. They showed up Thursday at 6pm. They continually told a lie about pick up times. When they arrived David went through the house and then told me I would owe $2000 more dollars! When I informed them that that wasn't the price from new leaf they bullied me and told me we could go by new leaf but would have to leave a lot of my stuff! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I was connected to D&H through a broker. When you use a broker the moving company picks the jobs from what is available. They chose my job which was a full house move 4 bdrms the inventory had 171 items. Originally scheduled between 2-4pm, I got a call at 1:55pm that said they had a flat and now they would be there at 7pm. At 6:45 I called and it was 8pm at 7:45 I called it was 9pm it ended up being close to 10pm. They showed up with 2 guys that I found out from them were called at 4pm to drive up from St. Louis to Chicago. Immediately, they tried to charge me more and didn't have a complete copy of the contract. I had to get the broker on the phone to make sure they did it right. They were already tired from the drive and you send 2 guys for a full house move. We finished at 9am - I say we because I had to help. Obviously moving in on the day we wanted to was not an option and had to be pushed out a day. Found out afterward that they drove back to St. Louis that morning. Here is where it gets good. My paperwork at the end of the night shows another $2800 owed. DAVID calls and says I owe $4300, do you have the cash? If you don't have the cash then I'm putting it in storage. We go back and forth and finally I say yes I have the cash deliver at 5pm. Now he has been texting me FREQUENTLY do you have the cash, you need to have $4300 or we aren't showing up and you won't get your stuff. They show up at 5, I have my friends block the truck so he can't get out. And as I anticipated the contract they bring back to me still shows I owe 2800. DAVID tried to extort me and I have copies of his texts we started an incident and called the police. DAVID's father, who supposedly owns the company just happened to be with the group to help. He saw the contract and told him that he had to honor what was agreed to. He didn't want to do it but realized he had no way out and they took what was owed and unloaded. We have everything recorded and documented. We filed a complaint with DOT and it looks like I'm not the only one dissatisfied. read more

Like many of the other reviewers here, I had an awful experience with this company. They are slow, deceitful, and untrustworthy. I used a broker who outsourced my move to D&H. They showed up late, told me the broker's estimate was too low, demanded a higher deposit, and would not give me a new quote until my stuff was on the truck (this is actually illegal--the mover must giving you a binding estimate before loading). Once loaded I demanded the estimate, which they reluctantly gave. So now I have a binding estimate, which is effectively a legal contract. Well, they show up at my new address and demand an extra $4,000! He says he is not going to unload my stuff until I pay. (Again, this is illegal. You cannot hold someone's goods hostage.) Stressed and crunched for time I stupidly paid instead of calling the police. This company broke the law on multiple accounts and failed to honor a legal contract. 1. were to arrive between 8:00 and 10:00. Instead arrived at 12:30 and 5:00. Two of them were gone for around 2 hours to get the second truck. 2. did not have professional moving equipment. No straps, no piano dolly as promised, and apparently not enough blankets. The only moving equipment that they had was the same Menards dolly that we own. In fact, they used our dolly because they only brought 2 of their own. 3. complained over and over about how many boxes we had, even though we had given an accurate box count. As customers we should not have to apologize for how many boxes we moved. It was a big job and we told you in advance that it was a big job. I'm guessing that between the five of them they easily complained over a dozen times about the number of boxes that we had. Several times I told them that a. we told them exactly how many boxes we had and b. they knew that they were going to fill 2 trucks. They complained as in they would look into a room and see boxes and shake their heads and say "God dammit....." 4. you guaranteed that the movers would have a dolly specifically made to transport a piano. They did not. 5. three of them stood on the driveway SWEARING at my husband. They insisted that they were going to pack the piano on its side and threatened to leave the piano in Illinois if we objected. Also said it wasn't a good piano anyway. They ended up transporting the piano - a family heirloom - on its side from IL to MN. Note how a piano is to be transported: "A piano should never be lifted by its legs and you should not wrap any straps around them or tie them down. The piano should be always kept in the upright position as laying it on its side might disturb its internal mechanics. You can put the straps under the piano and have one person each hold one end of one strap. You really do not want to turn it any other way. The sound board (the stretch of wood that resonates all the tone) can become easily warped or even worse cracked, if too much weight or tension is applied to it." 6. When the boss left to get the second truck the other three basically sat around...to the point that neighbors in two different houses called me over to ask why my movers were not moving boxes. I ended up carrying boxes from the basement to the driveway for 90 minutes just to keep the process moving. I am almost 60 years old. 7. THEY LEFT PART OF MY PIANO (the music rack) IN ILLINOIS. Our house in Illinois is being torn down, and they left part of my piano in the house. 8. In MN they said they would be here to unload between 10:00 and 12:00. They actually arrived at 12:00 but then two of the three immediately left to go buy water. 9. They had 5 people loading in IL but only sent 3 to unload in MN. It was too big of a job for 3 people. 10. Dropped my grandmother's hutch on the wood floor and scratched the heck out of the wood floor. 11. did not properly put blankets over the furniture so that our new leather couch has a heavy abrasion where it rubbed against something else for 400 miles. 12. apparently set something on the trim of my grandmother's dining room table. Trim broke off in three big pieces. They could only find two of the pieces so we can't even repair it. Once piece is 18", one is 9" and we don't have the third piece. The table is ruined. They suggested that I could go look around the house in IL and see if the third piece was there. 13. did not properly put blankets over brand new - never used - patio set. There are now 8 places where the paint has been scratched off down to bare metal. 14. we were told by you that they would wrap things with moving blankets. When they arrived they said that they would wrap things in cellophane for an additional charge. When I inquired about blankets and said that I was told they would put blankets over pieces to protect them, they sort of shrugged and said "well... yeah...." Judging by the condition of our furniture upon arrival they did not wrap anything in blankets. 15. No paper was laid down in the house in MN so now all of the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. read more

Constant excuses regarding the delivery of your belongings with no estimated date of delivery. Now 21 days past due from when the delivery should have taken place. David (owner) has no regards for your belongings and is extremely rude and unprofessional. (If you get him to answer; had to called from different phone numbers). Don't hire. Used a broker and they sent D&H. Moved a 2 bedroom apartment just 4 hours away. They did the packing as well. I have moved across the country many times and this was my shortest and most expensive move. The boxes were packed poorly. Nothing was broken but I would say 20% of the boxes were full, the rest were half packed, adding weight and space to the move. The movers forgot wardrobe boxes, so that added more boxes of clothes and all of my work clothes then had to be dry cleaned upon unpacking. Anyway, this 4-hour move cost me over $6000. They basically ignored the down payment that I paid to the broker and charged me as if it was a new move. I have had my fair share of moving issues over the years, but never had I felt so taken advantage of. And when they have your stuff hostage, what more can you do??? Do not hire this company to move your belongings. Showed up at 11pm the night before they were scheduled to arrive. Wanted to start at that time. The lead person complained the entire time that we had too many belongings. They used our hand trucks as they didn't have their own. They wanted and extra $27 to shrink wrap items. When we refused to pay the extra many of our things were damaged. Some of our antiques were gouged beyond repair. A lot of glass breakage, pieces of beds,desks and other furniture pieces missing. Where did they put them is not clear. When they arrived to unload the trucks they complained the entire two days how many items we had. Not a good choice for a company! read more

I am writing on behalf of my daughter. She has had the absolute worst experience with this company. 1) When booking with this company she was told to estimate how much all of her belongings weighed - is that really how movers move you across the country? She had a 2 bedroom apartment and was moving from Huron, OH to Charlotte, NC. They said that they'd estimate everything at 2,000 lbs. 2) They showed up early to pick up her belongings, which normally wouldn't be a big deal. However, she has stated numerous times that we were bringing some things from Cleveland to Huron which were going in the truck. They told her that they would be there at 1:00 pm. She got a call at 9:00 am that they were there waiting for her. We were still at work and had to leave early to get the stuff to her. 3) The drivers came and we had to give them the 2nd payment before they would pack anything, which was fine except that they then said that they don't take credit cards or personal checks. Only cashier's checks or cash (and that they'd prefer cash, which sounded very fishy). They then estimated that her belongings would weigh 2,500 lbs (just by glancing at her boxes and furniture) and upped the estimate, and thereby the payment amount by $100. They also said that their dispatcher would call with the final total based on actual weight. 4) We asked if they would be there on the 1st (the day that she was signing her lease). They said probably not the first but they should be there by the 2nd. 5) My husband drove down there with her and was staying until the 2nd to make sure that all of her stuff was ok. They were calling all day trying to get a time and trying to get a final payment amount so that she would have enough cash on hand. Calls either went unanswered or were answered with a rude "we said that we'd call you". It wasn't until after my husband left that they called and told her that her stuff would arrive on either the 8th or 9th! She was starting a new job on the 7th and it would not look very professional to have to take off one or two days later to get her stuff. Not to mention that she wouldn't have any of her stuff (bed, most of her clothing, kitchen utensils, anything to sit on, etc.) for over a week!!! They also upped the price yet again by $300. 6) They said that they'd call on the 7th to give her the exact day and time so that she would be able to let her new boss know. That afternoon, after she called multiple times, where they hung up on her, they then said that it would be either the 10th or 11th. 7) It wasn't until I called, on the 10th and spoke with Dave, that they said the 11th or 12th at the absolute latest. 8) The 13th, Mother's Day (my daughter works in a restaurant so not the best day for her to not be at work) the truck FINALLY showed up. 9) The delivery guys did nothing but complain the whole time (why would you move to a 3rd story apartment, it's so hot here, YOU'D BETTER GIVE US A BIG TIP, etc.). When we booked the move we told them that she would be on the 3rd floor and that there wasn't an elevator so none of this should have been a surprise to them. 10) At one point one of my daughter's neighbors was carrying stuff in!!! a) Thereby letting a complete stranger into her apartment without her permission and b) letting someone carry 1/3 of her stuff without getting paid for it! 11) They brought up a table that didn't belong to my daughter and tried to argue with her about it before they took it back down. 12) She asked about her lamp, they tried to say that she took that herself and had her go down to look in their truck (leaving one of the guys alone in her apartment against her better judgment). The lamp happened to be up front, where the guys sit, as one of them said to the other with a wink that my daughter wasn't supposed to see. 13) Prior to going down to look for the lamp she paid them all of the cash that she had (which was the amount that the dispatcher last told her) and signed the sheet saying balance due was $0. After leaving the guy in her apartment alone she noticed that her sheet now had $0 crossed out and it said that she still owed over $200. The only thing that she could figure is that while he was alone he put his sheet on top of her carbon copy to write the new amount. This is highly illegal 14) Furniture was never wrapped in moving blankets the way they were supposed to be and a lot of her wood tables have large scratches in it. 15) One of the boxes that was delivered to her was not hers. She's not sure what to do with it because if one of her boxes is in someone else's home she'd like to think that somehow she'd get it back. However she doesn't want to deal with these people ever again. 16) She was never given the weigh tickets to prove how much her stuff weighs. Also, since there were at least 2 other people's stuff on the truck how would we trust that the weights were hers alone and not combined with other people's things. read more

My mother moved from St. Louis, MO to Charlotte, NC. My mom completed an online moving estimate and was contacted by a moving broker called Route 66 Relocation. My mother accepted their request offer and she paid a deposit of $400 to reserve the movers. She did not know that a different company would be performing the actual move. A local moving company D & H Express Movers was contracted for the move. Route 66 staff initially told my mother D&H Express would be at her house at on Sunday, December 8th 2019 at 12:00 pm. When 12:00 pm came and went. I called Route 66 to inquire where the movers were. The dispatcher said she would reach out and have them give an updated time of arrival. They called back and we were informed, D&H was have "truck problems" and will be there at 5:00 pm. We waited and at 5:00 pm, two men arrived. They started moving things into the truck. After the truck was loaded one of the men stated my mother had 55 boxes. After I went to count the boxes again, he quickly changed the number to 45 boxes. He said it didn't matter because the price will be calculated based on the weight of the load. He had us sign documents that stated do not sign without a total. He said his boss would get upset if we did not sign it even though there was not a total. He also mention, the items will be moved to a different truck for the actual move. I was concerned because they were supposed to wrap items and they did not. I was concerned there would be damage. The man gave us a drop off date of December 16th. We were satisfied with that date. We called Route 66 on December 12 to find out the status. The dispatcher told us someone will contact us. On Sunday, December 15 we get a call from a man named David. He tells that he has been trying to call for a few days, (my phone number was written on the invoice). He states that he has been trying to arrange delivery of my mother's items. He said because he could not get ahold of us earlier, my mother's items will not be delivered until after Christmas. I told them this was unacceptable. He stated his "men want a break for the holiday". He told me he would call me back. For the next 3 weeks I have placed repeated calls to Route 66 and D&H. They only reply I would get was, "well reach out to the dispatcher and get back to you. It wasn't until January 2nd 2020, we were notified my mother's items were loaded onto the truck and was en Route. I voiced my complaint with the service and the lack of communication. Route 66 then informed us, we will need to pay $1231.15 in the form of money order or cash when the items are delivered. On January 10th 2020, I called Route 66 to inquire about my mother's items. Marrissa again says she will reach out to the dispatcher and they will call me back. I again voice my complaint with the service and lack of communication. It would not be until January 16th we would get a call from David from D&H stating their truck broke down Georgia and they can deliver her items 8:00 pm that night. I expressed that is too late in the day (my mother was moving to a senior apartment) for a delivery and they stated they can bring her items the next day at 5:00 pm. We meet David and two other guys. They would not unload her items until they were paid. Upon unloading my mother's items I noticed a leg broken off her curio cabinet, broken glass, crumpled and wet boxes. After they unloaded the truck, I brought to David's attention the damaged items. He calculated the damage based on weight and wrote down my mother was owed $230 for her damaged items. He gave us the receipt with that amount written on it and told my mom a check would be mailed to her the following Tuesday. To this day, we have never received payment. My mother called D&H and did not get a reply. This by far was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. read more

I used this company to move my stuff from Dallas Texas to Saint Petersburg Florida. I went threw a broker and they gave my job to D&H Express Moving. The broker company when they went threw my inventory with me they estimated me to have 13,200 pounds which I couldn't believe because I was moving from a two story house with a three car garage full. D&h Express Moving contacted me a week before my moving dates. David the owner called me and asked me what day and time works best for me and i had to work still so the afternoon would be the best. I informed him that the pounds that the broker told me I have can be off and he was understanding, he informed me he will be bringing his biggest truck out there and if that doesn't fit he will get another truck. When the day came to move my stuff they were about an hour late but I was okay I didn't want to complain right away. He had three guys on the job site that honestly worked there self. I felt bad and I ordered them food. They finished the one truck and I still had stuff left over that's when I was getting scared and aggravated because I want all my stuff moved, I called David told him about the situation he informed me by the time I'm off work there will be another truck, I didn't want to believe it. Next day came and they had another truck ready they got done with loading my stuff and I knew there was no way I had only 13,200 pounds. When they got done I followed them to the weight station so I can get the full ticket so I can have for mine proof. After his movers gave me the weight ticket and they were on there way to Florida to deliver my stuff David called me in the next hour with the final price. He told me my stuff came out to like double the estimated weight. I was beyond pissed off when I found out the payment I made to the broker nothing goes towards the move except the little portion. When deliver came I was having a hard time with the final bill David worked out with me and took close to $2700 off my final bill plus they waited for me three days until I got to my new house. Plus I wanted them to weigh the trucks in gain when my furniture way off because I didn't have my doubts, they did and it came back positive just like the first ones were. Long story short yeah they were late and took them a little longer to unload then I would have thought it would not take that long but other then that I had a great experience. I wish I had known that a broker was going to send this moving company so I could have read some of these reviews. I got ripped off just like some of the other reviewers. I was told by the broker that I would be charged by the square foot loaded onto the truck per the estimate they provided. When the movers showed up they said that I would be charged by weight, and that they would weigh the load after they left my house in Texas and let me know what the cost would be right away, they said that more than likely the cost would be a lot less. They never called me. When I met them in Colorado they told me the weight of the load was considerably higher than estimated. They charged me twice as much as the original quote. Then the fun really started. They literally dropped items off the back of the truck. They ran into walls I'm going to the furniture. It cost over $6,000 worth of damage. A like new refrigerator was dented Beyond repair. One of the movers was so upset with the other mover damaging things that he called his boss David, who called me. David apologized for everything that was happening and told me he thought it was the altitude. He told me he was half owner in the company and ask me to be patient and that he would make right on all the damaged property. This is of course an out-and-out lie. All he's done for almost 2 months now is avoid my calls and has not once attempted to contact me, though I have called and texted him over 8 times. He did tell me one time that my case was in claims. He said he would call me back right away once he talked to them. Of course he never did. Stay away from this company. I had a worst consumer experience with D&H express movers. I was moving from St. Louis to Atlanta and I booked Presidential Van line to move my house hold stuff. Presidential van line booked D&H Express Movers to do the moving. D&H Express Movers was supposed to pick up on 27th July but they didn't show up. After repeated followup they said they would come on 28th July 3 PM but they didn't come that day also. Made a story that they are busy picking up at a place. I had to leave for Atlanta and compelled to arrange some friend to coordinate the pickup on next day. Finally my stuff was picked up on 29th July. After that the situation became worst. Each week the owner said that he will deliver but he never kept his word. It was impossible to talk to the owner as he doesn't pick up phone and sometimes intentionally disconnect the call. I sent SMS and left voice message but he never replied back. Once a while he picked up my call and acted like he can't hear anything and disconnected. I called again and again but he didn't pick up. After repeated followup my stuff was finally delivered on 11th September, 43 days after pickup. The delivery guys told me they started for Atlanta only on 9th September. The owner repeated lied to me for weeks that they are on the way and once said the truck broke down. I faced lot of difficulty to live in an apartment without my house stuff. Seeing no hope I bought many of my house stuff like bed, mattress and kitchen utensils. The money spent on these is a total loss because I already had same things. The service D&H Express moving provided is worst in my experience. They repeatedly lied, gave false hope and didn't try to even communicate. I was in constant mental pressure and anxiety. read more

This company came to me via a Moving Broker on a move from MO to FL. It was a nightmare in every way. It wound up costing me double the quoted price. The arrived to pick up my things at 6 p.m. Two guys and a rental truck. Instead of days to get my things in FL it took weeks. Again, they arrived early evening, two guys and a rental truck. Most of my furniture was damaged. They charged me for wardrobe and other boxes that I had supplied and packed myself, well over $200. Attempts to file an insurance complaint, and this is 8 months later, have done no good. I cannot get paper work to fill out. I've filed a complaint with the BBB in MO. Nothing is happening with that because the owner lies through his teeth. There is no business phone for this company, simply a cell phone that is in someone else's name. The message box is always full. He doesn't return phone calls. Be very very careful about using this company. If it were possible to leave a minus Star here I would. I've moved many times and I can tell you this is the only nightmare experience I've ever had. read more

Word of advice, do not hire these people. We were royally ripped off when moving our son from Missouri to South Carolina. Our story is the same as the others. They show up late, force you into a new contract, demand more money, complain, will not show you scale receipts and charge for things the original contract promised were included. We are missing 5 medium sized Home Depot boxes. When we try to call to resolve this issue, the voicemail is full. You never get a live voice. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will also be filing one with the DOT. read more

This company was sub- contracted by New Frontier Moving Co. they arrived 4 hours late. They were completely unprofessional. They showed up with a U-Haul truck with someone elses things in it. Pulled these things out onto my driveway and then started loading my things. My move was from St. Louis, Mo. to Bradenton, FL. My son was to meet them in Bradenton at my stirage unit with the balance due on the move. The balance due from my New Frontier contract was &1,900. D&H called me 2 days before delivery and told me that I owed $3019.00 in order to get my delivery. Not wanting to put my son in the middle of all this as it was so stressful I paid the money to these horrible robbers. My so took pictures of the horrible way they had my things packed in the U-Haul truck. Things were just thrown in. Bixes marked fragile glass were kicked in and upside down. Don't ever use this company. They are horrible. read more
