The line was starting to back up for a drop off, and he checked in with each car to see what was needed. He was able to route people to the correct spot to shorten the wait time. I pulled into the bay and Bryan and another worker unloaded my aluminum items quickly, and brought me my receipt to go to the cashier. The cashier handed me my money and the whole transaction happened rapidly. Bryan went above and beyond helping me, as he even offered to recycle the cardboard lining my vehicle. He also shared that the company is doing a coat drive until December 31. Highly recommend Didion Orf!

I questioned the weight they had a guy go back and looked at the pile and he said he put it in a scale and showed me a pic that was only I think 158 pounds and said I got a deal I know that I had 400 plus pounds but they already dumped it off the skid so I was screwed so buyer beware you would probably be better off taking your scrap someplace else. What also was strange was tars on my truck was 120 pounds lighter today than yesterday I could understand a few pounds but not 120 pounds

The men that came to move were all super hard workers and very courteous and kind. Very amazing team of men. Our team was Dave, Mike, Cam, Dom, Dwight and Shaun. There was even a problem with a lot of items I had arranged with a local organization to donate. Once the movers got there, the organization wouldn't accept the items. Prosser's didn't charge me extra or try to make it all my problem. They said they'd take the items to a donation place that worked with and if they wouldn't accept them, they would decommission them. This was definitely a five star experience. When our office moves to another part of our building in the next few months, I will definitely be calling back.

They then helped me wrap the coach as I was taking it to Oxford MS with the possibility of rain. Caleb and Bud took extra precautions to make sure we had the tarps wrapped right then loaded the wrapped coach into the pickup. The coach did not fit within the bed, extended onto the tailgate so they used several tie downs to secure the load vertically and horizontally. The coach did not move at all on the drive plus there was no loose trap flapping during the drive. Both young men were very efficient, courteous, and professional. Definitely will hire them again. The owner also worked with us to meet our schedule and budget.
