I've had D&E clean my loft apt in downtown Dallas twice a month, and I really wish I'd done it sooner. You don't think it's going to make as big a difference in how happy you feel, but it has made a huge difference. Mayra is the person who does the actual cleaning for me. She doesn't miss a detail. I sort of tested to see if she'd notice a splotch on the window sill. Yep, it was gone after she had worked her magic! David, the owner, is so organized and great at communicating. Plus super nice. Really love these guys. read more

I emailed D&E Cleaning for a quote on a move out cleaning for my one bedroom apartment last week. David emailed me back within 20 minutes! He answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment in no time. He let me know when they were on the way and when they were finished. He sent a follow up to see if I was satisfied and promised to address any issues immediately. The cleaning looked great and helped me to have a hassle free move out experience. Great communication and follow up! read more

Amazing service! Customer service is best in class and work is amazing! They are very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Service! I used this Company for the first time and we were impressed with the deep cleaning. The bathrooms and carpets are so clean, the kitchen appliances Looks almost new again. They really pay attention to details. I have had bad experiences with other companies before I'm just so happy I found D&E , very realible and professional company. read more

Great experience - I needed a "deep clean" on a condo after we had several service people coming and going, and frankly I was tired of spending my weekends doing basic cleaning, let alone the floor to ceiling mirrors, blinds, baseboards, etc. A fair price and much less than some competitors, they did a great job with cleaning up the pet hair that seems to get into all the nooks and crannies. Have already scheduled a second cleaning! read more

David with D&E cares about providing a 5 star experience. I have already used them 3 times and their work is flawless. They are competitively priced too. I have already recommended them to coworkers. Will never use another cleaning service!! read more

We had a great experience with D&E. David was so professional when scheduling the service, following up prior to the service, notifying me when they were on the way, and checking in with me while they were working. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. They bring all their own supplies, so you don't need to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend D&E and we plan on using them now on a monthly basis. read more

Best service ever! David and his crew fit me in to their tight schedule when I needed my rental property cleaned out for my new tenants! Awesome job well done! Can never complain! Thanks D & E for the exceptional service!! Highly recommended! read more

These guys are excellent! David and Mayra are always on time and professional. They have been available on short notice and they always let me know in advance if things change so I can plan my day. I have an apartment and they come with all their equipment and leave it spotless. I will continue to use their services and I recommend them to all my friends! read more

David and his staff are amazing. I've been using them for quite awhile, from monthly cleanings to apartment move outs. They always reply back quickly and are easy to schedule with and not only that, they are incredibly reasonably priced. I first requested a quote just for them to vacuum, dust and clean the bathroom but they literally deep clean the entire place as a regular protocol. They text you about 20 min before they are done Incase there is anything you want them to take extra care of and ask that you let them know if something needs more attention once you arrive home. I've never had to ask more of them because they always do a great job. I travel often for work so nothing makes me happier than coming home to a clean house and they have always gone above and beyond when they are here. read more

I've used D&E Cleaning Services twice now. David is an extremely effective communicator and always texts/calls me back in a timely manner. The cleaning itself is always very thorough - there was not a spec of dust anywhere, the house smelled so clean when I first walked in, everything was immaculate. I would recommend David to anyone who is looking for the best cleaning service with the most reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy crew. read more

I worked with D&E for the first time this week because I had some guests coming into town. I was very satisfied with the service and how clean my place was when I got home. I was also very impressed with David's responsiveness! He was quick to reply when I was asking for a quote and details of the services offered. He also was very good at communicating when someone was at my place starting services and when they were close to finishing up. I would recommend D&E Cleaning to anyone who needs a routine clean or just a quick sprucing up! read more

D&E came highly regarding from a few friends within my apartment complex and, I must say, they are certainly the best in town. David is so easy to work with and makes the entire process so easy from booking via text to paying via Venmo. I am so excited to come home knowing they had just cleaned. They pay attention to every last detail and take great care in making sure you are pleased with their services. I am a huge fan and can't say enough great things about them. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! xo read more

The D&E crew just cleaned my loft yesterday and I could not be more pleased. When I got home the place was squeaky clean and smelled fresh. It was super easy to arrange the service and they even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. Well done! I'm now going to be a regular customer! read more

I used D&E for a move out clean. The D&E team is fantastic! David immediately responded to my request for a quote - their prices are extremely competitive. They bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule. They show up when they say they will - on time and ready to tackle your cleaning needs. David came with the crew to check before the clean and after to make sure he was satisfied after the job was completed. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had from start to finish! I highly recommend D&E for your cleaning needs! read more

Best cleaning service in Dallas! They're always on time and make sure you know they are coming. Every time I walk in after they are done the place is spotless and everything shines. They go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy even ironing some shirts for me when I needed them in a pinch and forgot to do them. Best service in Dallas read more

I've now had D&E come to place three times and will be using them as my cleaning service for the future. Not only do they do a fantastic job, they are incredibly accommodating of my (highly variable) schedule. Highly recommend! read more

Just WOW! I chose this service based on their stellar reviews and they did not disappoint. Is this even my house? It's so clean and fresh and perfect it's like a resort. EVERYTHING is clean. Highly recommend if you are like me and delayed getting help because you are just too busy. You can prepay for services which I like so one less bill to think about each month. I wish I'd done this months ago and to avoid the aggravation of trying to keep up with what little time I had available each day. I feel like each person who had to deal with cleaning my mess deserves a hand-written and scented with perfume note..... read more

I called with a last minute request to have my place cleaned before a party. I failed to confirm the appointment as I should have. I called when no one showed up (totally my fault) and they worked it out for me. On top of this, it was a Saturday!!! Most companies would have declined. They did a great job. I was truly happy with their services. read more

Really great cleaning service. Fit me in the same day I called and my condo has never been cleaner. Very good price as well.

Wonderful company!! They have done both my clean out for my old apt and cleaned my new place and everything was spotless! So kind and will bend over backwards to accommodate you. They even email you to make sure everything looks exactly how it should! David communicates with you through the whole process and is SO professional and kind. He updates you once the house has been cleaned even! read more

David and his team are absolutely amazing. Booking was easy as he is incredibly responsive (over text or phone) and has a working relationship with my apt complex which made scheduling even easier. I've had a few different cleaning companies over the years and this is by far the best. This was my first cleaning, and I've already signed up for a monthly plan. I'm sure more 5-star reviews will follow! read more

I am a recent transplant to Dallas....Only one word for this team.....FANTASTIC!! These guys are top notch! They have been very easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job that over exceeded my expectations. Also they offer lots of extra perks with their first cleaning. I left another cleaning company due to disappointment over the cleaning done, I am so glad or else I may not have tried these guys. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance, they are the best! read more

D&E Cleaning Services did a great job cleaning our apartment. Setting up a time was very easy and the communication was great. The pricing is competitive and we like that there isn't a commitment. David is very flexible in finding times that work for you. A+! read more

David's crew does a fabulous job! They are dependable and trustworthy. David is extremely easy to communicate with and makes payment simple with the option to venmo. The crew did our move-in deep cleaning which required extra time due to the condition of the house, but they were sure to spend the time and effort needed to get the job done well. I would definitely recommend D&E Cleaning Services to anyone looking for a clean home! read more

I am so extremely happy with the cleaning services that D&E provided today. The crew was on time and extremely friendly. I recently moved into a three story town home and today was my first initial cleaning. David was wonderful. We did a walk through before and after, and the cleaning that was provided exceeded my expectations. They were in and out in two hours and my place looks and smells incredible. I will be using them from here on out. Very happy with their pricing as well. Can't go wrong with D&E!!! read more

I don't know where to begin. This is the most professional cleaning team I've ever had the pleasure to meet and have in my home (and I've lost count of how many I've tried). Usually, with other cleaners, they start out with an impressive cleaning job and then the second and third cleanings are subpar and sloppy. This has not been the case with D&E. They continue to leave our house so clean and the attention to detail is impressive. I have a large dog that sheds like crazy, but our house is spotless after D&E visits (I don't know how but they do it). Also, they always ask for feedback and if anything needs attention after they are done. I've been looking for a while for a cleaning company that can provide great service, that is affordable, and with whom I can build a trusting relationship with (after all they are taking care of our home). I think I've found that in D&E. David is very professional and cares about his clients and his employees. He always checks in and keeps me informed of the cleaning progress. I'm so happy I have my weekends back. If you're looking for a cleaning service in Dallas, look no further! read more

Would highly recommend D&E to anyone in the Metroplex. Reasonably priced, and FABULOUS job. Not only did they do a GREAT job cleaning, they were courteous and communicated with us in such a professional manner. The attention to detail is incredible. Can't wait for them to come again! read more

I can't say enough good things about David & Sylvia. Finding a new house cleaning service is a HASSLE but David responded so promptly and was able to meet me the same day to do a walk-through of my place and give me a quote. I haven't had great luck with prior companies not wanting to do a walk through and then changing the price after the fact so the fact that David took that time and gave me an up-front quote was refreshing and a relief. David is professional and polite and very easy to work with. I've been using his service for about 3 months now and the cleaning has been top-notch every time. He's been very responsive to everything I've asked to have done and always checks to make sure the job was done complete. Payment is a breeze with the Venmo app. They always arrive on time, let themselves in & out and text me when they are done. I don't know what products they use but when I walk through the door the "fresh & clean" smell is glorious. It's FANTASTIC. High-fives to D&E Cleaning Services! read more

I called D&E cleaning at 11:30am on a Friday, after my usual house cleaner canceled on me last minute...again. I had my in laws coming to stay for the weekend and my house was in dire need of a deep cleaning. After calling half a dozen other maid services and getting a voicemail or rejection, I was fortunate enough to reach David at D&E. David was polite when he answered and told me he could fit me in that afternoon. Excitedly, I gave him my address, and not more than an hour later they were here. D&E did a phenomenal job, at an extremely reasonable price. I am so glad I stumbled across D&E, as they will now take over as my primary house cleaning service. I would highly recommend D&E to anyone on the fence about getting a house cleaning service, as well as to those who have trouble with their current house cleaning service. Thanks again David! You saved me in a pinch, and provided excellent service, I look forward to working with you in the future. read more
