It really is 5-star service, I love using these guys. I've used many other cleaning services over the last 20 years, D&E is far and away the best. I hardly ever write Yelp reviews, it's not my thing, but I really wanted to give props to David and his team for doing such a good, dependable job. 1.) They are extremely dependable and reliable. 2.) David the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. Timely, responsive, and works with my schedule. The cleaners are efficient. Not the deepest clean but again, I don't pay for a "deep clean." They do a great job with the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. I have them come once a month for a ~1800 sq ft townhome, 2B/3.5B + office and they are here for about 2.5 hrs. Well, I've been trying to get them to come clean since November. They say a date, it wouldn't work, so I'd suggest a new date like right after they messaged me, and I never heard back. Or I would reach out to them, say I'm free on multiple days, and never hear back. This has happened a few times now. I've contacted them through text and email to no avail. D & E is ridiculously good. I'm not even sure if the level of service is sustainable but here is what I get. I had asked that they arrange to clean the first week of each month. I get an e-mail each month reminding me that I am due and asking what day or time is convenient. Once I respond, I get a quick confirmation from David. I am never home so David always e-mails to let me know that they have arrived and to let him know if I have any concerns once I inspect their work. I never do. I was really apprehensive about having someone from a yelp review be in my apartment when I am not there but now I feel really good about them and would not hesitate to recommend their services. They always fluff up all of my kleenex boxes before they leave. That's a little over the top but it does make me smile when I come home to that. read more

After our house cleaner did not show up, I contacted D&E Cleaning on a Sunday afternoon. Within two hours, David responded and emailed back and forth with me throughout the day to arrange an appointment for cleaning. He was very patient as we discussed price, insurance and a schedule. The cleaners showed up and were actually early! We had a "deep clean" which included the oven and the vacuuming of our furniture. I returned home and my apartment was SO clean! The counters were scrubbed and I have never seen my bathtub so clean. David also reached out and told us that if things were not to our satisfaction, that they would come fix it-but there was nothing to fix because it was done right the first time. The cleaning is on point- as a professional with a loooong commute it is beyond wonderful to come home to a clean apartment. Price point is great and makes the decision to use them a no brainer. However, what really stands out is the service. He's always flexible when I need to change the schedule- one time I had something come up and he even moved things around to accommodate a last minute request- way above and beyond. And was totally willing to help me out of a jam when I locked myself out of my apt and he was the only one with a spare key (I've since given a spare one to my neighbor!)
